Doing the first tutorialI have a screen that says FSUIPC Display rather then adventure displayIt does have the same options thoughLIke 2 for weather briefing, but nothing happens. I even click the window but pressing button 2 does nothing, can't mouse click it eitherAm I missing something here?Thansk

Try checking the Keyboard settings in RC - I forgot what it is by default but it might be Ctl+Shft+1 instead of just '1'. On this screen you can check what keypresses RC will be looking for when it is started.Subs

RC only takes keyboard input. As Subs stated you can check the settings on the Option/Keystroke mapping page.If you are running any add-on that might be using the RC defaults, remap the keystrokes to something different.
