I did a little searching and the only entries I found were pretty old, so I thought I had best ask myself.Is there any way to have RC use Com 2 to receive ATIS/AWOS/ASOS etc? If not is there any way to still receive regular flight sim weather so I would still have the option of getting WX without leaving the freq?

Sorry I'm a little late on this and maybe I don't understand your question, but . . .RC uses COM 1 regardless of he radio setting. So, I set my radio to use COM 2. Now all FS ATC, including ATIS, can be received on COM 2. I use this to get ATIS. In my case, I mostly use it to get the pink taxi line at unfamiliar airports.I am using FS9.
