After trying to fire up RC a little bit ago, I had the following error:"Run-time error '62':RadarContact.rcv4module.read_callsigns"Any ideas as to what I can do to fix this?Thanks!-Gavin

almost always this is caused by editing the c4.csv file. do you have a backup?

I do have the CD somewhere, so I'm pretty sure I have it.And, for the record, I haven't touched any files.I'll look into this once I get back from the dentist (darned root canal).

i sent you the file via email

I got it and applied it, but no change.

Also, I just fired up FS and got a message about a incompatable or missing file: dlB737FPL.dllMight that help in figuring out what the problem?

What are you flying? Aircraft and airline callsign please. Are you having trouble with any other aircraft and callsigns? The dlB737FPL.dll I am not familiar with. It sounds like a navigation instrument "FPL" module. Is this FSX or FS9. Is FS local to your RC workstation?

It doesn't matter what aircraft it is. That error message came up just after I started FS.I'm using FS9, and this is on my only computer, with XP SP2, with full admin privileges.

Disregard this error. That file has to do with a 737 fuel planner program I tried out. :(But I am still having the error message in RC.

Well, after JD tried his best to help me, I went and did a full reinstall. Things seem to be working just fine now. :)Thanks for your help, JD I think, with your personal customer service, you'll have me as a customer for a long time. :)
