Elsewhere in this Forum was a post and answer regarding the addition of "new" callsigns.I carried out the necessary edit to the data file and now receive the message"Run-time error '62':RadarContact.rcv4module.read_callsigns"What I was trying to achieve was adding my VA "Fly UK VA" to the database. Callsign "Skyways"What I added to the data file was........"SKYWAYS,SKYWAYS,FLY UK VA,0, 0"I did note in the data file that there was an extra comma and I have tried both the above text and then the same text but with the extra comma . File saved before exit but both give the Run-time error message.Any ideas, please.

i would take your backup c4.csv file and put it back in the data directory.you made a backup right?did you use notepad or excel?jd

I have rec'd the same error msg - only I did not update any files - wouldn't even know how to...at least not intentionally. As a result, I obviously have no backup b/c I never intended to update the file. How can I fix or get the original file?

I tried re-installing but have misplaced the email w/ my product key.I have sent an email w/ my name and product ID to the register email.Hopefully this will fix the problem.Any idea why this happened in the first place?
