July 6, 200817 yr I'm getting the same problem. Was a solution to this problem ever found? It says run-time error 7 out of memory when trying to load the flight plan. I have 8 GB of ram and I'm running Radar Contact 4.3 on Vista 64 with SP1. I have not done anything with the page file options or anything like that. It was running fine a while ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

July 7, 200817 yr Thanks for the reply jd. I ran a virus scan with Kaspersky 2009 and spyware scan with spybot. The virus scan showed some threats which were quickly neutralized, but radar contact is still giving me the out of memory error. I included a screen shot showing how much memory is being used at the time of the error. As you can see it's only using 1.57gb of ram at the time of the error. I also tried disabling Kaspersky along with spybot and then running radar contact but it still gave me the error. Any other suggestions?
July 7, 200817 yr Problem solved. It was the dreaded msstdfmt.dll file that was missing. Funny though that Radar Contact did not mention that the file was missing. For anyone else that may have this problem in the future, download the msstdfmt.dll file and place it in the windowssystem folder, not the system 32 folder and register it by opening a command prompt, navigate to the windowssystem directory and type regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll
