Hi all,Would really appreciate any help on my issue please. I brough RC about a week ago and its great but there is one 'small' promblem.The hotkeys dont work. This as a result prevents me from going from menu to menu in the display. I should mention that the acknowledge and select 1 e.t.c do work. I am running fsx, latest fsuipc, vista 32-bit. Running fsx and rc as admin.ThanksMarcus

Hi Marcus,The cause in most case like this is another addon using the same keys and it has a higher priority.You can reassign the keys to use by going into the Keyboard tab.Norman

Have already ensured that fsx or any of my other addons dont have keys assigned to them. I noticed the same problem occured when trying to use VoxAtc. Have disabled firewalls e.t.c.

make sure fsx has the focus. not the fsuipc window, not another windowif that doesn't help, follow the directions pinned at the top, and create a log, and send it to mejd
