February 5, 200818 yr Hello JD, when I fly into 9Dragons Kai Tak and get 50 miles out and request weather I only get general in flight weather not local ATIS and assigned runway. Shortly after this RC starts asking me if I am on the flight path as they are showing me off it and giving me headings to follow until recieving suitable for navigation.I use FSBuild and FS9.1Any help gratefully recieved. Thanks JohnCore2 Duo 66002048 MB DDR160GB HDDNVidia 7950 512mbCH Products Yoke & PedalsHead TrackerRC4AShttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpg
February 5, 200818 yr Commercial Member did you rebuild the scenery database after adding the scenery?is the .pln, correct? with the new/old airport identified in the .pln?there have been several threads about this scenery, see if one of them better answers your questionsif you can duplicate the problem, follow the steps pinned at the top of the forum, and create a .log file, and send it to mejd JD Read my blog
February 10, 200818 yr Hi again, I thought I would post the solution I found to this problem just incase anyone else has a similar problem. I actually got pointed to the solution by someone posting in a very old post ref atc.dll errors. This mentioned frequences in the controller tab, when I entered my flight plan into RC, RCKH to VHHX and then checked the frequences for VHHX none were entered and simply by ticking the boxes next to the various assignments, "approach" etc the problem was solved !Any idea why no frequences are entered JD ? I have to do this every time I fly into or out of VHHX.Regards JohnCore2 Duo 66002048 MB DDR160GB HDDNVidia 7950 512mbCH Products Yoke & PedalsHead TrackerRC4AShttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpg
