Pilot Discretion

Featured Replies

Hi,just wanted to know when this feature appears. I have made many flights all of which succesfull and enjoyable, but strangly I am always vecotred down with no PD option.Thanks.Lorenzo

For descents, there should be an option 3 for PD in the RC window. For some reason, on my system before I reinstalled Windows XP, the 3-PD option disappeared, although I could still press 3 to get PD.

the rc co-pilot can not be on the comms, or flying the plane, and still have a 3-pd optionjd

That's strange , infacts I had <3-PD> only in the first flight for a moment, but then nevermore no matter who had the comm.LorenzoEDIT: jd, if I decide to uninstall and reinstall do I need a new code?

uninstalling, re-installing won't help. but you can if you want. you may need a new key. hard to say. but you can always send a key requestjd

>uninstalling, re-installing won't help.>jdWhy are you sure it won't help? Do you think it's up to something else?Lorenzo

i guess i fall into the category of people that don't reinstall software, when it doesn't work as you think it shouldthere are two reasons why you don't get a 3-pd option.1) pilot autoreply2) co-pilot on the comms3) altitude > FL240why not try another flight, this time, after you start rc, click debug. then load the .plnfly your flight, and duplicate the lack of 3-pd. when you're finished, zip up the .log, and send it to me. i'll tell you why that option was not availablejd

Good advice. OK, shall try and reportThank youLorenzo
