Just got this and couldn't get it to run so I uninstalled and reinstalled like I would with any other software. Now it's asking for a Reg key and the product id has changed. Do you have to get a new key every time you reinstall? I didn't change any hardware,or format a drive.Charles Harrisnew product ID 1044860791

you installed 4.3, which has a different algorithm for the product id. so you need a new key.you can always get a new key.jd
