Since using radar contact my autopilot is having problems capturing the glideslop on ILS approaches. The horizontal needle tracks perfectly so I'm not sure whats going on. Any suggestions? Capt.Mac

do you have the rc co-pilot flying the plane, or are you?if you're flying the plane, how is rc messing up the plane's appr feature?can you tell me what the nature of the problem is?jd

Hi,I'm flying the plane. I have been capturing the glide slop ok for the first few days but all the sudden I'm flying right through the vertical glide slop and I'm having to fly in manually. The only thing I've added is RC so thought you might have a solution. If not it must be something else.Capt.Mac

oops, looks like I figured it out. My weight and fuel load calcs were off causing the aircraft to not pick up the glide slop. Thanks Capt.Mac
