RC4.3 won't start after installation

Installed on XP Home system. Went OK. Trying to launch from shortcut or by double clicking the exe file does not work. No error message. Just nothing. Right clicking exe file and selecting "run as.." gives me a box saying "invalid picture". Have done all usual checks..virus scan etc. Any help appreciated.Ken

sounds like a bad install.have you uninstalled, and installed again?jd

I have installed & installed again several times even in Safe Mode.No success.I am sending you an Email.RegardsKen
