  4. Dear pilots,I'm missing my virtual cockpit in the 747400. I think the only solution is a reinstall but is this possible without damaging the 737 NGX?Regards, Pyro
  5. Pilots,Since reinstalling NGX 800/900 it's not possible anymore to use a saved flight. After starting a saved flight, the PFD's are black en aircraft can't be controlled. The PFD's are functioning normally when starting a new flight.Any idea?Fred
  6. Dear pilots, A possible solution from the PMDG-team could be the removal of 3rd party lightprograms. I have installed 3D Shockwave and this could be the ignition of the trouble.Will try this out asap, let you know what happened. Thanks for your help.Fred
  7. Gentlemen, Thank you for your repsonse, Upgrade to an new videocard, GTS450 1 Gb, no difference at all. Uninstall DirectX should be very delicate, don't know how to uninstall without the danger of instability. Everything tried, highmemfix, uninstall, pull back sliders to minimal, no effect. Never had this problem with any of the PMDG products. Made a ticket about 48 hours ago, no response so that's why I'm getting tired of it all. Only problem I can think of is the RAM shortage, 3 Gb, but because the problem is already showing in the selction menu I doubt if this could be the cause. I ran out of solutions, any ideas? Grz Fred
  8. Oh yes, made a support ticket but untill now no response. After using so many PMDG products, without any problems, i hoped to see any reaction but the dissapointment is growing by the minute............ Would posting my full name make any difference now???????? Fred

  10. Dear pilots, I hope this will be the final call for my problem. I already posted twice but no solution. The problem: Even in the selection menu my NGX has a large grey/red square, cutting the a/c in two parts. The squares are only visible from behind. No exterior lights are working, switches have no effect. Attempts I tried: - Reinstall several times- Highmemfix added- New graphic card No effect at all. Could this be an activation issue? Conflict with other software? Missing textures? My system specs: E6750 2.66 G Dual Core, 3 G RAM, W7-64, Graphic GTS450. Any help appreciated. Fred

  12. I think that's the best way to find out if it's a memory issue. However it's very strange that, except for the landig lights, exterior (flashing) lights don't work at all. Thanks for you replies.
  13. Hello Leffe, Well, it's not a high end system anymore, Intell E6750 2.66 GHz dualcore, Nvidia GT9600, W7 64b, 3 Gb RAM, but gives no trouble at all when flying the 747400. Have seen textures messed up when flying the Level-D, probably caused by overheated graphics card? This problem starts even before flying. Any idea? Grz Fred
  14. Dear pilots, This is a repost, please have a look at the picture. What is causing the large grey square and the texture problem? It's already appearing in selection screen, except voor landing lights no other exterior lights work. Tried several un/install, no solution.
