  3. Hi everyone,I'm getting the same problem where the ASX hangs at loading modules. The sim minimises to the taskbar and will not open. I'm using the same processor as Kurt, but with Vista32. ASX has been working fine, I've only noticed a change since installing Flight1 MDSuper80, and Flight1 AFX and F1 Text-o-matic. I wonder if there's clash with F1 modules/installers..Thanks for your help.ps. Otherwise the ASX has been superb, I realise the F1 programs may have nothing to do with this glitch, but could be another Vista or processor problem, however FSX has been working prior to these installs.Gary
  4. solution!!!Open firefox, go to TOOLS > OPTIONS > DOWNLOAD ACTIONS > VIEW AND EDIT ACTIONSThen look for ZIP FILES, then REMOVE ACTION for ZIP flies. Then try downloading file from AVSIM, it should ask what you want to do with the file, at this point select SAVE TO DISK, and REMEMBER THIS ACTION, and all should be well.PS I'm not shouting, the capitals are just for clarity....honest!! I noticed that my setting for ZIP files were all correct for save to disk, but still it was trying to open in browser, only a full delete of ZIP file actions cured the problem. Hope this helps!Gary
  5. When you select DOWNLOAD you need to tell the computer where to put the file. MY DOCUMENTS is as good a place as any. Once download is complete, go to MY DOCUMENTS open the file that was downloaded, and follow the enclosed instructions.Gary
