Hi, - I need a little help with the PMDG 747-400X TO/GA switch. - My TO/GA switch (screw hot spot) will not do anything when pushed on a go-around, works fine for take-off but not for a go-around. It has worked fine but all of a sudden it will not do anything. - Any ideas on what I can do to get it working again?? - Thanks Bob Galbraith

Can someone help me with a problem I am having? I have a FS9 PC with two monitors, when running FS9 with say the PMDG 747-400 aircraft I have always been able to move the sub panels like the FMC, overhead, radios, throttles, etc. to the other monitor and re-size them there, but all of a sudden, I can't do that and I have not done anything or made any changes to cause this. Any ideas as to what I need to check or do to be able to once again move them to the other monitor? I can drag things back and forth at the desk top level and in FS9 the cursser will go back and forth between the two monitors but I can't move the panels over to the other monitor. Looking for someone with the skill level to do a repaint of the PMDG 747-400X of an airline that is no longer in service, like i said, I have pictures to go by and all the infromation needed. Question: When FSX is running and you have a "Spot View" open you can zoom in and out with the "+ and - Keys" but sometimes just hitting the keys as fast as you can is either to much or not enough -- is there a way to get smaller zooms both in and out? Thanks Bob

I would like the EXACT charts becouse they have the correct information on them to be able to program the FMC and make the flight as in the 9 part PMDG 747 Flight Tutorial by Meloescher. NEED HELP with charts.I am looking for the EXACT 3 CHARTS (by that I mean same release date and all) that are used in the following PMDG 747 tutorial: I was wondering if someone might have them and could e-mail them to me as I would like to print them out (the ones in the tutorial are kind of unreadable) so I could have a good hard copy.I have tired to find the EXACT 3 charts online, but with no luck. I have a question and need some help.I would like the Air Traffic Controllers in FS9 (2004) to address me as one of the names of a PMDG 747-400 repaint livery that I have installed when I am flying and they do not. The following are the setting I have set in FS9, try to follow these choices:After starting FS9 and at the "CREATE A FLIGHT" screen click "CHANGE" on the "Select Aircraft" tab and then click on the "Aircraft Manufacturer" drop down box and select "Boeing-PMDG" then click on the "Aircraft Model" drop down box and select "747-400 P&W PW4062 Engines" then click on the "Variation" drop down box and I select my repaint livery name -- now in the box named "ATC Name" click the "Change" button -- in the "Airline Call Sign" drop down box I have selected the pmdg repaint livery name -- in the "flight Number" field box I have put 747, and in the "Tail Number" field box I have put the PMDG repaint liveries N number, also I have checked both box's for "Append Heavy to call sign" and "Show Tail Number"ATC does not call me by my pmdg repaint livery name choice like they should, they just say "747 Heavy" but if I go back to the "Airline Call Sign" drop down box and select say "ORBIT" or any other as an example, then ATC call's me "ORBIT 747 Heavy" or what ever -- well, that's my question, any idea why it will not work the way I would like? How many would like PMDG to make a set of training manuals for the 747-400, just like the ones on the PMDG site for the MD-11?Just wondering.

What engines do you cut and in what order, I tryed 4, 3, and 2 but never got the ext. power availble light, even after a minute or two.

What if the APU is INOP?
