  1. Hello,My problem was solved by reinstalling not only the PMDG 737, but all the FS2004.I will never understood what was append to my PMDG !! =(But it's important, it works !!Gilles M.

Hello,All was good for several years on my PC with the PMDG 737 series.And yesterday evening, when i load the 737 for a flight in FS2004, all the screens (PFD, ND, EICAS) were black, some buttons aren't clickable and the texture of the overhead was strange.All the screens were black, but the engines were running and i can for example taxi.I try to uninstall the 737 from my pc with the removal tool, and reinstall it, but the same thing append.Before yesterday, the thing i do on my FS2004 was to install the Quality Wings 757. And i remark that this installer install the microsoft Visual Basic C++ 2005 Redistribuable too.So i try to restore my computer the day before this QW757 install, but this doesn't help.So i ask u the question : do you have an idea of what is going bad ?Thx a lot !!Gilles Menghetti
  3. Hello,I fly the MD-11 PMDG since the beginning.But i encounter a problem.When i am establish on final, the G/A indication on the EFIS panel stay in CRZ mode and not come on G/A automatically.Do u have an idea why ?Thx !!Gilles Menghetti.
  4. Hi,I have added some waypoints along an VORDME approach in the LEGS page of the FMC of the 737-800.These are RCA336/13, RCA336/9, RCA336/3 ...But one of it has to be overflying before beginning turn to the next.How to make that in the 737-800 FMC ?Thanks a lotGilles Menghetti.

Hello VIPERGTSR01Same thing here,I do a LFBO-LFBO flight with a go-around at LFMN.When i was established on ILS04L for the go-around, i push on the FMC the "Active Secondary FPL" LSK for the return flight to LFBO.But as soon as i push the LSK key on the FMC, the screen come entirely black and my FS2004 shut down.Do u find a solution or is it a well know bug ?Thank you.Gilles Menghetti

HelloYes, in fact, the G/A mode has to arm itself automatically.As posted in another forum, " Go-around arms and the reference thrust limit changes to GA when the flaps are out of UP or glideslope is captured."But on my EICAS, the CRZ mode don't change for G/A mode itself. I have to change it in the FMC "Thrust limits" page.Do you know what's the matter with my queen ?Gilles Menghetti.
  7. Hi again,I have my answer.I was always in CRZ mode on my EICAS panel (in green)If i change in the FMC the CRZ mode to the G/A mode in the "THRUST LIMITS" page, the screw work perfectly.Thx to all.Gilles
  8. Hello Turbine777,I don't use FS2Crew.I retry with a constraint on the last waypoint of the missed approach, but it doesn' workI try also to push the TOGA palets on the throttles in the VC, but it dosn't work too.I join a screen of the moment, what's going wrong ? =(Gilles Menghetti.

Hello,Please, can u give me a solution for this FS2004 problem ?I am on an ILS autoland configuration, with Autothrust , FD, APP, and 3 APs engaged.LAND 3 is in green on the FMA and i have entered in the MCP the altitude (3000') for the missed approach.As i reach 500' AGL, i want to make a Go-Around and so, i press on the screw (TOGA Switch), and here .....NOTHING changes........the 744 is performing the autoland and no missed approach is engaged, no changes on FMA etc...It's funny because on the 737 PMDG, all works fine.Do u already encounterred this situation or do u have an idea of this problem.I also try to map a keyboard shorcuts for TOGA switch, but the probleml is the same.ThanksGilles Menghetti.

Hello downscc,I live just overhead the runways 04L/04R 22L/22R of LFMN, and i listen to real freqs since 35 years.And yes, of course, 747-100, -200, and -400 operated and operates out of Nice and on all departures (A departures = RNAV) (E departures = Non-RNAV) ----> Even an empty A380 has landed in 2008.But, and that why i think it's a bug on my PMDG 747, before i RE-install FS2004, i had the PMDG 744 installed on FS2004, and everything goes well.Please can you try to load the oktet5A departures on your 747 PMDG FMC and tell me if you see the 210 kts speed constraint for fix MN044 in the LEGS page of the FMC ? Because for me, it's in the sid text files (LFMN.txt) but not appearing on the FMC LEG page.Thx a lot sir. =)Gilles Menghetti
  12. Yes, of course, the 210kts is effective in the text of the sid.But, when i choose the OKTET5A SID on the FMC of the 747 and next click on the LEG page, the 210 kts speed constraint is not written.Gilles Menghetti

Hello,I had to reinstall all FS2004.In the new FS2004, i first install 737/600-700-800-900 then MD-11, my two preferred birds.But, after some months, i would re-install the 747-400/400F.All the install was ok, i upgrade my 747 up to v1.2, and the 747 appearing in FS2004.But when i would like to initiate a flight at LFMN with the OKTET5A SID (Airac 0913), i discover that the speed constraint of 210 kts at MN044 fix was not in the FMC, although this constraint is in good place when i fly with the 737 or the MD11.I try to put it manually, as "210/" (no altitude restriction at this fix), but the fmc tells me "Invalid entry", it's only valid with an altitude constraint too.Nethermind, i write 210/2000 , but when airborne and in VNAV, the speed constraint is not respected, i have to manage it with the SPD button.Another bug too : the MN044 fix is an "overfly" fix, this overfly property is respected in both 737 and MD11, but not respected in my 747.Do u have a solution to fix these problems ?Regards,Gilles Menghetti.

Yes of course, this one is a no errors one.But i know that the flight KLM1263 who take-off every day at 09:35 local time at EHAM have tha ARNEM SID not the LEKKO one.It has a VEVAR5R STAR but between this 2 points, i am not able to build a no-error route.Can somebody build a non-error route between ARNEM and VEVAR waypoints ?Gilles Menghetti. Sorry B77W but the flightplan given isn't a FPL to LFMN because ALBET is too far in Italy and is not a STAR in LFMN.I saw that the KLM1263 have a ARNEM SID but in Nizza (LFMN), it arrives with a VEVAR5R arrival (listen on real frequenciy) and between with two points, i can't build a no-error route with CFMU.Does someone have the good and real flightplan of the route between EHAM and LFMN ?ThxGilles Menghetti

Hello,Firts of all, i only fly with FS9 (FS2004).When the MD 11 was released, i'm so happy that i immediatly buy it to fly with this powerful aircraft.But now, i would like to fly short haul too, and i would like to buy the 737 (from -600 to -900).But i don't know if i can install the 737 suite after the MD11 has been installed.Thank you to answer to this question and if there is something to do before, thanks to say it to me.Gilles MenardiLFMN

Hello Chris,I live just over the runways of LFMN and i spent a lot of time on real frequencies.At LFMN when weather is ok, approximately 50-60 % of the arrivals ask for a visual approach and even if they don't ask, the controller ask them :"Do u request visual approach ?"But the track followed by the aircrafts on visual arrival is a bit different from the one on your picture.In fact, after MUS, aircrafts are vectored for an heading of 090

  22. HelloThis evening, i perform an ILS autoland Land Cat III at LFMN 04L and everithing is ok, the aircraft follow the Glide correctly and flare at 40fts.I will try an other ILS in LFBZ and if the trouble is coming again, i will post a screenshot.Read u later =)Gilles. LFMN.

Hello,Thanks for reply.Yes, AutoThrottle (AT) is engaged ans maintaining Vref.The things happens yesterday at LFBZ and LFLC.But all was ok for an autoland the day before at LFRS.Default scenery on these three airports.Between the 2 days, no add-on or scenery have been installed or deleted.I'm at work now, but i try this evening an ILS at LFMN.And if this bug will effective, i will try to re install the 747X. HelloI fly PMDG 747X on FSX yesterday and all was good, but today (i don't install any other product), i had an ILS problem.All is engaged, 3 AP, LOC, GS LAND3 (all is ok) 1000' (ok), but at approximately 500 fts the aircraft is passing below glide then pass above glidepath and so on until runway.I had to shutdown APs and finish manual.Do you encountered this problem ?ThksGilles Menghetti
  25. Well, don't worry, all is OK now !!!In fact, i installed first MD11 FSX and then 747-X.I have all desinstalled.I reinstall only 747-X and now all is ok (all sounds working and keyboard fmc inputs also)Thx !
