When I open FSX, I get the Home Page. This is very small, is there any way to enlarge or expand this item. It is very difficult to read.

I have Trackball Explorer that I use with FSX, i recently had to reinstall FSX and the Scroll Wheel feature for changing various functions on the buttons has quit working. This worked fine before I did the reinstall, Any help would be appreciated. George Clark

When I select SLEW (Y) my aircraft start rotating very fast in a 360 Degree circle continually. I've tried different air craft and they are all the same. Any help would be appreciated. George Clark

Ed & Karol, thank you so much for replies. I guess I am out of luck with this aircraft. I will try to find another aircraft in FSX, I need a single engine w/ RG and the modern Radios and AP w/ more than one axis and w/ Alt set and hold. Any suggestions? Again thank you for your input. George Clark

I have a CARENADO Cessna SKYLANE II RG 182, it has very old Radios, ADF, DME, AP, Transponder, Audio panel and has no Altitude hold capability. I would like to upgrade this whole panel with more modern equipment. What is the easiest method to do this? I am a novice regarding this kind of operation. George Clark

Hi, follow simmers. I just recently purchased the CT210M. I haven't been able to fly it because of this problem. I have FS9 and FSX with various aircraft in both programs and they seem to work ok. When I get the CR210m fired up and ready to go, I can't adjust the Heading bug with my Mouse, it will not move in either direction. Same for the course selector.. Any HELP would be appreciated.George Clark

Hi Ray, I must have had a brain freeze. I am so sorry, I was trying to set up a desktop icon to launch the CT210M, instead of going to the MSFSX icon to launch. I don't know where my mind was. I used the right thing and got into FSX and the CT210M and flew it. What a waste of your time.Thank you for your effortGeorge Clark

Hi Ray, thanks for the response, I uninstalled everything and got a new download. I turned off all my firewalls, virus, etc. and ran the download. Placed it in my J drive, FS Games\ FSX. I extracted the zip and ran the exe file. This seemed to load, but had many skipped files. Per the instructions I ran this several times. I have tried to access the plane to fly but get nowhere. It seems to not know where to go to find the file. Don't know what else to do. I have loaded many other aircraft and never had this problem setting up the program. I know I must be doing something not just right, but don't know what. Please help!!!George Clark

Hi fellow simmers, I purchased the download for the CT210 FSX yesterday. Downloaded it to my J drive,FSX installed here, extracted the ZIP file and tried to install it. It kept going to the install wizard and I would run it and it would finish. I would try to start the program, but nothing happens. I would go back to FSX file and start wizard again and it would seem to load and finish. It indicates a lot of the file were skipped. I tried this process numerous times with no success. Any help would be appreciated.George Clark

Hi fellow simmers, thanks for all of your responses, sorry when I penned this topic and forgot that we weren't MIND READERS. I was so confused and out of it when this happens. It was just all I tried didn't work!!!. Please forgive me.I have FSX w/ ACCEL, which should include SP1 &S P2. The FSX ver. is 10.061637.0. I added PMDG 737 8/900 NGX.I have FS 9 on my C Drive and my FSX on my J Drive. I have a NVIDA GTX 460 card and I installed the Venetubo. com Tweaks.The problems that I have are: after I do the pre-flight setup, (FMC FUEL PAYLOAD ROUTE DEP ARR everything to do) and get ready for take off, I tried to change the view on the instument panel it locked up and it gave me a fatal error, FSX restart.I had other problems when I did get flying at cruise and tried to change something in the FMC with my mouseit locked up and did the same thing.I haven't been able to complete a flight, so far.I still have my touble with my mouse scroll wheel, in that it doesn't work in changing feq., headings,etc. with FSX.I can change these items with my mouse buttons.also, is there anyway to get a view of the throttle quad, so I can see when I change the TRIM indicator.I don't no if I didn't something in the right order or if I didn't do something I was supposed to do. Either way I must be doing something wrong. I know from reading the forum, that other simmers including yourselves must be doing something right and getting the full enjoyment of this GREAT Product.Any help would be greatly appreciated,George Clark

Hi fellow simmers, I have been simming for maybe 14 years. I am 74 years old and this is a passion with me. I have used FS 9 since it came out. Been using PMDG since it became available. Marvelous product, so real. I had my Private Pilot license and used to fly a C172 for several years, until I couldn't pass my medical for my license. About 5-6 months ago I got FSX and installed it. I used the default aircraft to fly this new system. Then a couple of months ago I purchased the 737 NGX. I haven't flown since. I have read eveything I could from the AVSIM Forums to the PMDG site, along with Computer Pilot magazine. I have a very good computer system Alienware 51, see my specs. I have follwed all of the installation material and all of the tweaks. There is no counting up the many, many hours I have spent on this. I have uninstalled both FS 9 and FSX numerous times and then put the whole thing together again, I have lost count on these. I am so frustrated with this problem. I think I have changed so many things, so many times I now can't even fly FS 9. I am out of business.PLEASE HELP!!!Is there anyone who lives close to Franklin,TN that would come see me and get me back to Flight Simming. Ronzie, thanks for your quick reply. I have FS9 in the C:\FS Games\FS9\FMCWP\PMDG\ file. This folder has NAVDATA & SIDSTARS data shown in that file. But when I load the FS9 program and with 737-990 or 747-400 when I go to the FMC page the NAVDATA indicates Installation Required. How do I load this data into these programs or how do these programs read this data from these files? I know these used to work before I tried to updates the NAVDATA info to a new cycle.Help!George If necessary, I could call you on the phone to discuss this better.

Hi Simmers, George Clark on board with a question. I have been simming for several years never had this problem. I need some help. I have FS9 and FSX both were working ok. I updated my navdata to 1110 recently and now I can't see any navdata or sidstars info. The FMC indicates Navdata Installtion Required. I have the FS9 on my C drive in the folder FS Games\Flight Sim 9. I can see this is where Navigraph downloaded the files for Navdata and Sidstars. But for some reason they aren't loading on the PMDG files.All of these worked before I updated my ver. to 1110. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? I can't fly the PMDG aircraft. I think it's something simple and I am missing it. This is very frustrating for a 74 year old guy. George Clark

Hi Ed, my name is George Clark and I have have had this problem since I first installed Win7/64, FSX and PMDG 747X. I have tried everything I know to do , no satisfaction. I have clean reinstalled FSX, PMDG 747X, Replaced Wheeled Mouse. I posted topics on this forum, FSX and Win 7, no luck. This has been going on for several months and I can't use FSX. I previously had FS9 with Win XP. TrackBall Wheel Mouse worked fine. This mouse works fine on other applications. Any help would be greatly appreciated. George Clark
