  1. Ah, I can't wait to find out what it is. Keep up the good work and I look forward to adding another PSS airplane to the hangar.
  2. Okay, I've really been trying not to post, but I just got too curious. Christmas is coming and I was wondering what ever happened to the poll that was up regarding the newest PSS project. Again, don't mean to sound pushy, just curious since I haven't seen anything here or on the website. Thanks.
  3. I'm Sean Wood and a 19 year old freshman at the University of Dubuque majoring in Flight Operations. I got my PPL on January 7, 2006 and am currently working on my instrument, commercial, and complex/high performance. I have 155 hours total time (I'm getting there;-)) and am getting close to my instrument checkride. I plan on graduating and either flying for a regional right away, or going down to the Caribbean to fly Twotters or something. I worked for Comair (Delta Connection) in my hometown of the Quad Cities and am currently working for American Eagle here in Dubuque during the school year. Whew, that's about all I've got.
  4. I really hope this doesn't happen. I worked for Comair over the summer before I left for college and Delta is a great company to work for. I don't know a whole lot about US, but I couldn't stand to see DL get merged with them. Not to mention that I'm a flight ops major in college and this would mean one less company to get a job with when the time comes.
  5. I did my primary training at my local airport in a 152 and enjoyed it very much. It is slow so you can get used to the reaction time it takes to fly an airplane. Also, it is incredibly easy to fly, and especially land. Right now I'm flying 172s and Socata Trinidads for instrument training at my college, the University of Dubuque. The 172 is also very easy to fly, and a very good instrument trainers. The Trinidad is a little more airplane, but still fun to fly. I've never flown a Diamond, but low wing airplanes do tend to heat up more than high wing aircraft. Hope this helps.
