  1. SimLauncher has the option to manage TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD and also LOD_RADIUS. As long as you use this program to load and start your flights, the settings will remain. If and when you use the FSX load/start then the settings will revert to the FSX default of 1024 and 4.5 Various virus checkers will return a false positive on parts of SimLauncher but those can be identified and quarantined.
  2. Can't help you with FS2004. Try Googling. Also, there might be reference to FS2004 in the newer FSX version. Good luck.
  3. I think you probably mean "Misty Moorings". There are two versions, one for 2004 and the other for FSX. The FSX version (and all the relevant information) can be found at: http://www.return.mistymoorings.com/

  5. Suggest you Google "g3d.dll". Many others have reported this error and suggested fixes are shown.
