  1. I just spent about 40 hours trying to get it to work before I was successful.Shared files very important, W7 doesn't make this easy.There are THREE versions of SimConnect, you need to make sure that the same version is on both computers.Ports need to be open on the firewall AND (at least in my case) Port Forwarding in the Router.Good luck, I was very frustrated with the lack of information out there to deal with troubleshooting the problem of it not working.   2. Yes, Options in the Symantec Antivirus...
  3. Same problem... Read through a couple of the threads here, tried a couple of things, and found out that it IS the virus scan. I have Symantec also and disabled it. So I thought!!! In the options section, it defaults to turn itself back on if you don't tell it otherwise. I now have TP running without any issues.
