Thank you Scott. That explains why some VOR radials match closely to GPS data than others. So for those have not updated for a long time, I have to adjust 3 degree or so in order to fly the published procedures by VORs and NDBs. Mike H

Hi Everyone, The ND in PMDG737NGX and 777 do not align with SID's VOR radials. It is off by 3 degrees either the GPS data is wrong to the right or the VOR radial is off to the left. I've tried to fix this by replacing latest Magdec.bgl file but do not work. Is there a solution to this? Check the screen shot below. The ND is showing SID PORTE5 for KSFO and the VOR radials showing PYE radial 135 outbound and OSI 285 inbound as published for the first picture. On the second picture I turned radials 3 degrees to the right which is closely aligned with GPS data. Thanks in advance for your help. By the way, Navdata is the latest that came with PMDG777.

I have a similar system as you. A i7 930 OC to 4.2ghz, GTX480 and 12G ram. It puts out not a spectacular performance, but managing around 15-18 fps running the PMDG 777 or 737NG, FSDT KLAX with AS2012, FTX Global, EZdok, UTX with 70% traffic density and 30 fps locked internally and occasionally flying on PilotEdge. That is acceptable performance for me. Of course, it is a result of many hours of research and tweaks. Good luck. Mike Han

Similar story here. My instructor ordered me to park near the fuel island and got out and said, "Time for your solo! Don't worry you will do fine." I said,"Wait, wait, wai...." He slam the door shut. Then I said,"I can do this." Did the pattern 3 times and lost my back side of my shirt. I'm glad he didn't advised me in advance because if he did I'd have been very nervous and anxious. That was what happen for my first cross country solo. I could only sleep for about 30 minutes night before with excited anticipation and reviewed my flight plan 5-6 times did couple chair flying and completed cross country flight perfectly in my opinion.

I would like to get few advise on right graphic card for my system. My system is: i7 930 overclock to 3.8ghz gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R motherboard DDR3 12GB 1600mhz memory 64gb SSD Drive (FSX Only) 500GB Hard drive 750watt power supply Nvidia GTX 260 GPU Out of this system, I get 10 to 15 fps around FSdreamteam KLAX or any other busy airports in PMDG 737NGX in VC view with 85% airline traffic setting. Running AS2012 and EZdok in the background. Should I be doing lot better on the FPS with the above system? Which graphic card should I upgrade to? The budget is under $300. Appreciate any advise. Doug You have to import the airport into the FS9 by running the sim and going into "Addon Scenery" menu in the settings then opening the folder that contains the scenery. It's usually in the Overland file in the FS9.Hope this helps.

Hello My FS9 falls into task bar as if I clicked the minimize icon on the top right corner in the middle of flight. It seems to be happening every two hours or so. Once it happens, I can go back to the flight by clicking FS9 in the task bar. Anyone has any idea what's causing this? It happens with any add-on aircrafts. I have PMDG737, 747, MD-11, Level-d 767 and few other. Also running Active Sky 6.5.
