Iris Battlefield Airlifter AP Not Working
It's possible, but I don't remember having an issue like this in FSX. So I wasn't sure if it an SE specific problem. Hopefully someone can confirm that it does work or what to do to make it work if that's possible.

Iris Battlefield Airlifter AP Not Working
Just installed the latest release and hotfix for Iris Battlefield Airlifter. The AP won't engage. When trying, it will briefly flash AP on the MFD but then it turns off almost instantly. Anyone have this working in SE?

Got it. Thanks!

A2A Cessna 182 Skylane (Module version 1.0)
Thanks for the super fast response! Unfortuantley, I don't see that. I looked in the A2A Input Configuration, in the A2A182 AP and all other options, and the A2A GPS options. I don't see something that's specific to the joystick config... Maybe I just don't know what it's called?

I can't seem to find the option to toggle the GPS/NAV button on the top of the dashboard?

Saitek Switch Panel Default Actions
Just wanted to let you know I discovered what was performing these default actions. It was SPAD. I didn't know SPAD would control the switch panel (I use it for the radio panel). So, I disabled its control of the switch panel and everything is all good now.

FO won't let me talk to ATC
I'm guessing no one else has this issue?

Saitek Switch Panel Default Actions
It's the default action of the panel itself (outside of LINDA). LINDA is working correctly. No issues there. Take the switch "Beacon". Without any programming at all, the switch will properly toggle the beacon light in the aircraft (the default action of the switch). If I want LINDA to toggle the AP with the Beacon switch, it will do that. However, the default action of Beacon (toggling the beacon light) will still engage. This default action is what I'm trying to stop.

Saitek Switch Panel Default Actions
I purchased the Satiek switch panel just because of LINDAs new features. My specific issue is that I want some of the buttons on this panel to do something other than what they are labeled. For example, I fly the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended almost exclusively. The Cowl button on the switch panel doesn't do anything perceptible to the aircraft. So, using LINDA, I set this to control the cabin lights. Works great! On the other hand, the de-ice switch does something (I can hear the engine pitch change), but no switches move in the aircraft itself. So, I'm not sure exactly what it's doing to the plane. So, I'd like to have the switch not do it's default action, but only an assigned action in LINDA. If I assign it something in LINDA, it seems to do both actions. Is there a way to stop the default action?

Saitek Switch Panel Default Actions
Love the new LINDA.! How do I disable the default actions of the Saitek switch panel so I can fully customize it using LINDA? FWIW, I use an instrument panel as well.

Engine and FX volumes
I'm using headphones and the engine sounds are so loud it's hard to hear ATC. Is there a config or XML mod that will quiet these sounds?

FO won't let me talk to ATC
I have told the FO that I'll handle the comms or I'll handle the ATC. It shows in red text exactly what I said. But, he still immediately replies to ATC so I never get the chance.

FO won't let me talk to ATC
Good tip, John. I knew you could do that (it's usually on the screen in the RC window). But, when the FO is handling the ATC, that option doesn't appear. But, it still works! So, that part of the problem is solved. Still need to get the FO to stop answering the ATC after I tell him that I want to do so...

FO won't let me talk to ATC
The FO still listens to me. I can get him to set flaps, change heading/course, etc. He just won't stop handling the ATC. Sometimes I can miss an instruction on approach (altitude, heading, runway, etc.). Since the FO immediately acknowledges the instruction, I can't get them to tell me again.
