Hope everyone is having a great day. We (wife) and I have been away from the computer scene for several years now, dealing with family deaths and other issues. I have now been able to buy a new computer system, since my last burned up in our house fire, but once I got to the PMDG installs I am at a loss. I have several hundred dollars worth of (digital) downloads purchased through PMDG however, it says links are inactive and I have to RE-purchase what I have already paid for. I don't have backup disks, or hard drive since they went up in smoke, so my question is, do I now have to RE-purchase all of the titles I have already paid you for? Or do you have a separate, smaller charge, to "Re-Activate" the previous links? Here the titles are... Order# removed by mods - please don't post order numbers in public. I've got a problem in that SimplatesX has stopped working for me at all. I can open the program and get all the way down to selecting .ie Airport diagram. When I click it it says it's downloading the chart then nothing. The icon shows in my taskbar that the program is still running but no chart. I tried uninstalling and re-installing both SimplatesX and Adobe Reader but have the same issue. No answers at the Dauntless site. Anyone every have this issue?

Actually Mark II my comments have nothing to do with any new products or future purchases. I felt a personal obligation to post this since I felt I owed it to all those affected. As for the negative responses I guess those are to be expected. However my reason for the posting still stands.

Several years ago I ventured into the Flight Sim world and became hooked. I also experienced my first online purchases. The first few were horrible and down right disgusting and I actually was scammed out of several hundred dollars. By the time I came and purchased a few PMDG products I had convinced myself that the same would happen again. Once I didn't get the "instant" gratification (issues with software compatability) I resorted to becoming hostile with probably some of the best customer support folks out there. I threatened legal action and a whole lot of immature bile. After some time I logged in a few days ago and after becoming irrated at not being able to access my account (which was locked understandly) I resorted to cussing at the community again. Believe it or not this is a totally opposite behavour for me in real life. One poster said something that finally put the light on. I remembered that there are REAL people on the other end of this keyboard. Until then it was very easy to angerly "type out" my frustration, rather than opening my eyes to all of helpful folks out there. I just wanted to relay my sincere apology to everyone who read my rantings. And I thank everyone who has offered answers to my questions. Jack

Most certainly. I have tried to FIND a place to submit a support ticket but alas there is nothing to select, anywhere, other than this forum. I am doing my best to keep a level head but it's starting to get very irratating. I just want access to the $200 + of software I purchased to install on this new machine. I would rather not spend the next 5 years **** talking PMDG products on every forum in exsistence because of getting a screw around. Jack Frost

I have been away from Flight Sim for over a year to both pf my parents passing away, and my wife in failing health. I have finally had a chance to get back into flight sim'n after a period and was welcomed with a (Account Locked) message when I tried to re-download my purchases. I would greatly appreciate access to my paid for purchases so that I might be able to enjoy a little off time doing my flight simming. I certainly hope, after all of the positive publicity PMDG had recieved over the years, that this would not be an issue.

Maybe I'm thinking there is supposed to be a FA safety briefing while I taxi. I know my FSPassengers has one but thought I saw where this was supposed to also. And thank you for the work late last night making sure my plane was setup. I already had a dozen DVA pilots hitting me up as I directed em to you. We have ALOT of 737 pilots. :(p.s. Got the go ahead to get the PMDG 767 Voice Command tomorrow. WOOT Will be downloading as soon as I get off patrol. Merry Christmas to you, your family and the rest of our virtual pilot community.

For the .cfg and the serial, have it up and running now. Do have one question. I finally have the checklist working with the FO but don't hear the preflight chat from the FA. Is there something I need to do to be able to hear that part? When I'm in flight I can call the FA to get food and such.Jack

Hey there. I have put in a ticket at the FSCrew site. The 737-800NG I use at Delta Virtual Airlines states this...."The Project OpenSky Boeing 737BBJ, 737-700, 737-800 and 737-900 in a variety of Delta, KLM, Korean Air Lines and Alaska paint schemes and including Kevin Sparkuhl's Boeing 737NG panel for Flight Simulator 2004." Would I be able to use this program with the 737-800?

I just purchased, downloaded and installed the program however I have not recieved a license code. I have tried clicking the gauges as previously advised but nothing happens. Can I please get my code so I start using this? A second question is, I am with Delta Virtual Airlines and have aircraft from our fleet added in (not payware). Am I able to set this up to work on my 737-800 that I fly online? Thanks in advance. Jack
