Hi EricYes I have registered for the portal, But I'm not receiving verification E-Mail. I have tried many times and checked all my junk E-Mail and Spam folders but nothing is empty :( . I need to reinstall my 747-400X on my new computer. It's very disappointing that PMDG don't answer emails .I'm paying customer I purchase their product in the past I did in present ,and will bay in the future.But the lack of respond from PMDG makes me rely unhappy and frustrate. I hope somebody from PMDG will answer my query.
Hi Robert , RyanGentlemen i hope you can help me out . My computer crashed and i have to reinstall all my ad-ons. I Purchased PMDG 747-400X on 20/03/2009 order number:116617. On April 09/04/2011 i purchase another extended download order: 154365 And the problem is that support website does not send a verification email. I have checked spam/junk and is empty, but at the same time I did received emails from PMDG verifying my extended download purchase. In order to issue a ticket for support i need email verification.So I'm asking you to have a look at this problem.
