after the ngx installed it tried to install direct x thing. I forgot what to do about that i went back threw the forum but i couldnt find it. Anyone care to remind me?\ThanksTyson

So i made some posts earlier with some issues i had experianced while flying. I had rex on during that flight i just did one not using rex and had no issues with anything at all. Did you (as in pmdg) do any testing with rex on your systems? If so what settings did you use? Any tips on setting these two up so they will work together?

it started when gear was up and continued when gear was down. Same thing with flaps

First one there is this annoying alarm sound that was going off while i was on app. My master caution was not lite up nor was my fire. I looked everywere in that cabin to find what was causing that i couldnt find it. The parking brake wont engage on fsx. The plane is showing its up and locked but fsx isnt accepting it. While flying in the 2d panel there is a light that flickers its a flood light of some kind. Can the ngx do an autoland? If so i couldnt get it to do it. I had both flight directors on freq in both navs and both cmds light up.

When switching veiws from in the cockpit to outside the 737 and the 747-8 expansion pack always show a lil skelton and slugish to show is that basically telling me i need to upgrade to vista 64 if there is one or windows 7 64 bit. here is my specs on my computer to make sure they will work: processor amd phenom x4 9750 quad core processor, ram 8 gb ddr 2, video ati radeon hd 4650 1024mb hard drive 1 tb

One other issue is there a bar or something in the 2d panel to switch to the overhead or fmc for example i went threw the manuals couldnt not find it. Im sure its in there and i am just missing it.

First issue i am having is with the direct x intall after installing the ngx. I am running on vista anyone help me out with updating that if i need to. Second issue i am having is there is no load manager to help load fuel and get zfw etc with the ngx. When you use fspassengers to help load fuel it makes the pfd and the fuel gauges go nuts and just start freaking out. How do you load fuel without that happening. I also tried aircraft payload and fuel in fsx. It didnt do it either.ThanksTyson

Hey Dan i recently started my flight training with a flight school where i live. I have flown sim for quite awhile. It really does help i can attest to that. But really do watch out for gauge watching i have caught myself doing that very much. My suggestion try and fly atleast twice a week. I am soloing with only 10 hrs the national average is 15-20. Alot of that is due to my instructor being able to relate with me and also haveing some idea of what to do because of vatsim and flight simulation. Also ENLOY IT! Its by far the most fun thing i have ever done.Best of luck

Tyson 25 here currently going to a university here in utah for a degree in aviation! Had a career but the down turn of the economy made it short lived. Use to travel around the states and world consulting on buildings and telling people no love that part! It was a good gig for awhile. Now just school and snowboarding. If you like snow come to utah best snow on earth!

Having issues steering the aircraft when i turn the autio pilot off after landing it does this! not every time but quite a bitIts doing this

Will there be new Liveries for the 747-800? If so care to name some we can expect to see?
