  1. Mine has done this since the day I bought it.Never had an issue with Active Sky X, upgraded to Evolution and nothing but download issues.
  2. Ok, that's why I'm not seeing it.There was a bug with the 2D as well on the switch I described causing the N1 "race", but that was repaired.
  3. They all work fine for me. In fact, the switch that was causing it (upper right of that 4 light switch quadrant) is no longer functional for me.Using Windows XP SP3, FSX SP2 Acceleration Pack.Tested in -31/-41/-51 models. All good.
  4. What model? I tried it on the -51 and didn't notice this...maybe they forgot a few?
  5. All of the aircraft.cfg's were overwritten. That's why it appears that you "lost" your repaints.Apparently, from an e-mail we got back, they already know about the NAV1 frequency not tuning from the 2D panel.
  6. Their service/support e-mail was quick to reply and very receptive from the reply that I got. We'll see how they do here with SP1. :)
  7. Regarding the autothrottle...
  8. What do you mean by this? The DC-9 autothrottle was a system used for approach only and there wasn't even a way to set the speeds on it. Most pilots never used it because it was considered unreliable and rarely did what it was supposed to.
  9. Exactly. I think the biggest issue is the autopilot functions that don't work correctly, but it's still very flyable.
  10. I think I saw someone else tell me that one too about the "109" issue.More I found...1. Ducts pressurize without turning on APU Air.2. APU Air pressurizing only the right duct.3. Powerback impossible (reversers engage, but don't "power up").4. EPR incorrect (2.05 is the best I could get).5. In-air turns, rudder appears to "flutter".
  11. No, it's not. That was on my gripe list. :)Also, I suspect they "tuned" it for landing flaps 50 which is not something you do unless in an emergency.
  12. What were your hydraulic pumps set on?
  13. Okay, -50 started. Just took a reload of the aircraft...must not have loaded completely.But...The IAS/Mach hold features of the autopilot don't work. I started playing with the VS selector and it moved the plane, so apparently, they're not working correctly. Can anyone confirm this? Also, I took her up to FL250 and started doing some stall tests. With 50% load in a DC-9-51, it stalled at 165 clean, 120 with 40+gear (normal landing config) and 145 with 5+gear. Those numbers are close, but then on approach just before that, I stalled with 5 deg+gear at 165ish. So, something isn't quite right. Also pay attention to the EPR vs. the N1. Does anyone else notice that the EPR is reading low?
  14. Confirmed "Sticky" starter in DC-9-51 for sure.Right now, I can't get the left started no matter what position I have the X-Feed valves in. With APU Bleed on, I only show air in the right.
