I have a question for GNS update: "Added WAAS capability in Conjunction with RealNav Data usage" But in the GNS.ini still stands: WAASENABLED = NO (I have the RealNav data) If I set it to YES manualy, then displays the splash screen as a model GNS 530W ("W" stands for "WAAS") Otherwise GNS 530 "Added replacement Bendix King KI-209 CDI for WAAS support." "Added replacement Garmin GI-106A CDI for WAAS support." Do I need to pay attention to something else? I use the GNS in the A2A Cessna 182 under P3d V2.4. Hi Zinny, Thank you for your feedback. Can you confirm that from a zoom of 30 nm no air spaces, no VORs or NDBs be displayed? So actually only national boundaries and major lakes. Roads are not displayed at all. I used also the RealityXP GNS. Since the presentation was much better. regards Ralf

Ok - I´ll try to explain. When I close the Sim i have two error Windows when the Mindstar DLLs are active. No big thing. But when I save a Flight and then restart the sim and try to load the saved flight, then I have another error message which says that the panel state is corrupt or bad or something. I think it has something to do with the issue at the sim close. Because this does not occur when the GNS DLLs (or DLL) are not aktive and I save a flight. This Flight I can start normal and the panels are on the saved correct place. Thanks for the quick response. Greetings Ralf

I bought the GNS 530 and I am very satisfied. Under P3D 2.3 I have the problem that appear in the program end two error messages that refer to GNS dlls. That would not be so bad but so are the panel states, when saving a flight is not stored properly. This is really very annoying. Is there a solution for this or when there will be one?

Are You sure Linda runs under P3Dv2.2??? When I install Linda 1.13 in my modules folder the sim crash after loading the airplane (c172, dash, Twinotter) after perhaps 5 seconds. When I delete the Linda files all goes well again. FSUIPC is ver. 4.9.2.9. P3D SDK is v2.2 And another question: could it be, that there is no option for the Majestics Dash 8 to control the LSKs and the frequency for NAV or ADF Radios at the ARCDU? I found no functions in the actions.lua. Regards Ralf

Hi Steve, thanks for your quick responce. Yes – the navlights on my A2A cessna works well from any angle. I find out, that the angle of view is the matter of switching the hole Airportlights on or off. When I stand on the runway from Jackson Hole - for excample - and turn my head slightly to the right or left, then the runwaylight switch off. When I turn my head straight on, the lights switch on again. The same with all the other airportlights on any addon scenery. Regards Ralf

Hi all, I use Steve´s DX 10 Patches since August 2012 and I was very impressed about his work and the famous DX 10. I doesn´t fly at night because I known there was some problems with the Airport Lights. But now, after the Fixer, I thought their must be a couple of Airports without this issues. Until now I have found not one. On all Add-On AP like Frankfurt, München, Stuttgart, Friedrichshafen, Zürich, Paderborn but even the bigger ORBX AP like Jackson Hole or Ketchikan have flashing and blinking taxiwaylights, runwaylights, approach lights and so on. In daytime all works well but at night its horrible. Is this normal or have I done something wrong? Regards Ralf
