I think I was getting mixed up looking at the flight path vector as the nose...I 'll go fly now & look for the nose indicator ( is there one?). I just started using the HUD.

I'm just wondering why in a crosswind the nose of the aircraft on the HUD is shown pointing away from the direction of the wind instead of into it ? I'm puzzled because it just does't look right. Other than this I don't see any other problems. Richard Lecki

Try using true heading - I bet this will work for you
