Anyone have a valid link for Oz's Death Valley Scenery?
Yes, but it has autogen as well (at least some parts). Here's their description:

Anyone have a valid link for Oz's Death Valley Scenery?
Yeah, looks like the link doesn't work anymore :Thinking: . Here, try this link: http://aussiex.org/f.../1-ozx-scenery/ Scroll down a little, click on "Death Valley + HolgerMESH" --> Dowload --> Agree & Dowload --> Dowload (Main Sever) Death_Valley.zip. Works fine over here....and no, you definately do not need to register. I'm not a member and can download it with no problem whatsoever (just got it myself some time ago). Hope this helps, Natanaël

Strange Squares...
So in other words, I should set all the anti-aliasing options to "Use application settings"?...I'll give it a try. As for texture max load, I use Texture Max Load Editor by Frosty Software (running service at 4096(SHD)).

Strange Squares...
Just a little update... For some odd reason (and without me doing anything) the squares just disappeared ...at least most of them. Window "reflections" are crisp and clear...we'll just wait till the GTX660 comes out and go from there. Thanks for all the input guys! I appreciate it. Natanaël

That's what I thought as well. Could you give me a little more info on this? Never did that before...how would my computer run without the graphics driver? Also, when I google "driver sweeper" I get all kinds of beware and don't use for ATI drivers & Windows 7?!

My apologies, SpiritFlyer, but you must have posted while I was typing...didn't see your edit 'till I finished.

Thanks for your quick replies guys. No, I don't have any of these particular addons...I had the same problems running stock FSX. Yes, I was aware about the rebranding when buying this computer. We got the lowest GPU possible since we were planning on replacing it anyways...although I must say that this card delivers more than expected. The i5-2320, as far as I know, is not overclockable though I really doubt it's the CPU causing the problems.Do you guys think replacing the GPU is the only solution?Regards,Natanaël

Strange Squares...
Hey everyone,I recently installed FSX (using NickN's guide) on our new desktop and it runs great...however, I still get some strange bugs/glitches... The sky is like a huge tiled dome. The runways are made of squares?! Same for the window/glass reflections...not on the aircraft though :( Terrain textures have a very unique "square" pattern. They all appear at random...I have tried it using various settings to no avail.System Specs:Windows 7 64-bitIntel Core i5-2320 @ 3.00GHz6GB DDR3-1333MHzAMD Radeon HD7350 512MBAll drivers, etc. are up to date. If more info is needed just let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated.Regards,Natanaël

Sky=Tiled Dome?!
Hey everybody!We finally got a new computer:HP PavilionIntel Core i5-2320 @ 3.00GHz6GB DDR3-1333MHzAMD Radeon HD7350 512MBI installed FSX using NickN's guide. I have DX10 preview checked and almost all sliders to max/ultra. Everything seems to work ok except.... The sky looks like a huge tiled dome?! I get a lot of stutters ( locked @ 40fps; average @ 25-30fps; stutters go down to 5fps) I also added "[JOBSCHEDULER] AffinityMask=14" to my fsx.cfg as suggested in this topic. My guess is it's the GPU. Is my graphics card causing the problems? Would upgrading help? Think it's something else? Please let me know what you guys think.Regards,NatanaëlP.s. If this is the wrong place to post let me now/feel free to move...

Cessna 152/150 for FS9?
Oh...that makes sense. I always have it turned on because it's such a useful add-on. I'll remember this next time. Thanks, Natanaël

Cessna 152/150 for FS9?
To Momtchil: It's the best GA plane in my hangar. Really useful for a 152 student like me . The only downside in my opinion is that the altimeter uses millibars instead of inches of mercury. To Jim: Although I can't verify it myself, here's a video of someone using it in FSX: . Also, it looks like Just Flight has a freeware Cessna 152 (http://www.justfligh...crosoftc152.asp). Don't know how good it is though 'cause I can't run FSX. Regards, Natanaël
