  1. there's also a click spot on the mcp to engage TOGA somewhere near the n1 button. i think n1 is used for climbs etc
  2. Hi, Have you looked into Simcheck A300. I think thats the best out there in terms of systems etc. Sam
  3. Thank you both very much. I will give this a go tomorrow and hope for the best. It really amazes me how much time and effort people put into their replies on this forum. Makes me feel very lucky to be a small part of this amazing flight sim community. Thanks again! Sam
  4. Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to change the assignments for the NGX's popup 2d windows (the ones that are usually brought up with shift+1...9) because its a bit fiddly on fsx with trackir and movement etc. I'd like to replace the lighting panel (shift 2) with the 2d mcp which currently lies outside the 1-9 range. Any help would be greatly appreciated and a huge belated congrats to the PMDG team who still have me hooked on this plane. Thanks, Sam
  5. I'm no expert but would suggest that if you edit the speed in the legs page to a lower value does this make a difference? this seems to help me when I experience similar problems on both SIDs and STARs.Hope this helps,Sam
  6. Chris,Why don't you try moving your eye point backwards in the cockpit? I think it is ctrl+enter to move back and ctrl+bckspace to move forward. I use 0.60 zoom and move the eye point back a little to get an image like the one vaughan posted above. I don't use EZCA and this works fine for me.hope this helps,SamEDIT: re-read your post and realised uv already tried this. sorry haha
  7. thanks for the quick replies guys. but could you explain where this hydraulic fluid is then going? surely to maintain hydraulic pressure you would need to have a closed system so it seems strange to me that the quantity can so easily decrease. And would there be any difference felt by the PF?
  8. I am aware of the problem people are having with low hyd levels in the sim but made me think about the following question: At what point does hydraulic quantity would be a concern in RL and require servicing? Thanks,Sam
