  1. As RXP has been dead for so long, I consider buying Mindstar, but is there anywhere a comprehensive list of what the GNS530/430 set simulates? There is a lot of information about what it cannot, like Terrain and VNAV, however, the updates are coming and the things change... Namely, is it possible, after powering up the unit, open the FPL page and create a new flight plan by entering points like in a real unit (not through FSX planner or other external program)? What options of working with flight plans are supported? Will I be able to store them and retrieve later? Finally, do units sent their course deviation commands using stock FSX/P3D variables, so that any VOR or HSI can display the CDI properly?
  2. Hello, everyone! Can anyone please clarify a bit of mystery for me? Here is a texture sheet. You can easily see the REG number painted on the wing. And here are two shots of this livery in the sim. Where did the REG number gone? I tried different liveries, but all lack reg numbers on the wings in the sim, while they are present when viewed through Imagetool.
  3. Dear Community, I am trying to simulate some enhanced piston engine behavior and especially failures caused by engine abuse. One of the answers I struggle to find is about how to turn on an oil leak sequence? There is an "Oil leak" event you can access via the "Failures" menu, and when triggered, it produces a very realistic sequence of oil leak and associated indications, but I couldn't find a relevant gauge event in SDK to use to trigger this event via an XML gauge. There were several topics on this I could find, but it looks like people also left with no answers. So is there a way to trigger an oil leak via an XML gauge? Or, if not, via C++ gauge?
