  1. I had this problem when I first got the Level d 767 and was trying to do the same route. The UNABLE NEXT ALT means that the next waypoint in your FMC has a too high altitude to make it safely. Being that the departure is the LOOP6 the problem is probably the altitude set for LAX VOR. So, to fix this, in the FMC Legs page, next to LAX, write in 1000A. This will tell the plane to cross the LAX VOR at 1000 feet or higher, and assuming that you're on either 25L/R or 24L/R, you will be able to pass that restriction with no problems. Try that and let me know if you need anything clarified or explained. Hope it helps. :) Stephen Anderson
  2. Tried the renaming the aircraft.cfg and then uninstall and reinstall. Sadly nothing. Opened a support ticket so I'll just wait until PMDG gets back.
  3. Thanks, I'll have to try this.
  4. Hey all, Just got the NGX yesterday and it worked fine until this morning. I went to select ti in the FSX free flight menu and I got a "Fatal error has occurred" message and FSX crashes. I tried reinstalling the NGX and now it doesn't come up with an activation window asking for the activation code. Now i can't activate it and it still gets the crash. Can anyone help?
  5. Hi all, I too am having this problem. I have tried the DX9 and Visual C++ installers, new FSX.cfg, and complete uninstall and reinstall of the NGX, all to no avail. This morning it was working fine but less than three hours later it gets the crash. It started to crash after I installed new liveries and tried to select them in FSX. Now none of the variants will work. Can anyone help?
