  1. What I do is switch to the MSFS default 737-800, load that aircraft, shut down #1 and then switch back to PMDG 737NGX. If you have an ACARS system, it will still report correctly, just a little work around that I found works. John
  2. Ok, thanks Kyle...I think I'll try and bear with it as it is time consuming to remap. Thanks again John
  3. Kyle, If I do that will it make me remap all my FSUIPC settings for throttle quadrant, yoke, etc?
  4. At times when I start the 737-700 NGX the engines can be started and running but #1 won't spool up in power past idle. If I switch aircraft and then re-load the NGX then the engine will start, spool up and operate as normal. And at times only one engine will shut down completely. I have a CH throttle quadrant, FSIPUC and a high end desktop running FSX. Everything runs great other than these issues. Can anybody help me with this issue, short of a re-install? Thanks John
  5. Sometimes my A/T on 737-700, the switch won't lock and stay engaged or I engage it and then it disengages on its' own. Any help? Also when I shut down the engines, the first engine will shut down (whether its #1or#2), but the second engine will not shut down? Any help? thanks!!!!
  6. This is afollow up to those that can help me. The following is what was "tweaked" in my system. You don't have a BufferPools section!, adding optimized settings. HIGHMEMFIX was added to your config! ALLOW_SHADER_30=1 has been added to make FSX Shader 3 compatible Aircraft shadows removed for performance. Use Conservative to prevent this change. Your FIBER_FRAMETIME_FRACTION was set to 0.2! If you don't like this change use Conservative mode. Your TextureMaxLoad and SWAP_WAIT_TIMEOUT values will help prevent blurries. Setting TextureMaxLoad to 12 for faster texture loading! SWAP_WAIT_TIMEOUT has been added to your configuration to prevent blurries. SmallPartRejectRadius have been added to your config for performance Adjusting SOUND_LOD for improved performance when using AI sounds. Removing overlay tips to avoid graphics corruption. Thanks!!!
  7. I used this tool and now all my aircraft panels have blurries. Please how to get it back to the original state which worked great!! I have attahed an example of what the problem is Please help
  8. Had 737NGX working great and then went for "Bojote's tweaking and tuning" from www.venetubo.com. Saved my original fsx.cfg, didn't like the new fsx.cfg this website created, and then went back to my original fsx, cfg. Now when I load the 737NGX I get these blurries on the panels from the image I attached. It is happening in all my aircraft panels. What is the problem and how can I correct it? Thanks!!!
  9. The engines start just fine from cold and dark, but when I finish my flight and park at the gate, hitting the fuel cutoff levers does nothing to shut down the engines, they just keep running. Anybody have any idea why? Thanks,,John
  10. Popping the 2D CDU by pressing shift +3 and closing it brought it back on. Thank you Thank you for the quick reply....
  11. As I started my 737 the other day in the same routine fashion, the left FMC seems to have no power, the screen is not lit. The co-pilot FMC seems to work fine. Any suggestions on how to get power restored to my left FMC?ThanksJohn
