PMDG Products and Prepar3D?
To PMDG Staff,After the mist has cleared at bit around FLIGHT and the announcement that you guys will not sell your soul to MS, I have thought about new ways to continue my hobby.I truly enjoy all your products availble for FSX, however, I need a platform that will continue to develop during the comming years.I have found the Prepare 3D project as most promising, beeing able to retrofit all FSX addons according to the developer. My question; does the PMDG products work in Prepare 3D? Have you any plans on producing products with Prepare3D in mind? Thanks,JohanSweden

Question reg. functionality & NGX
Hello PMDG, I have a serious question: Will the NGX have flushing toilets and if so; will the pnumatics/vacum system be correctly modelled?? Sorry for my slight ironic tone and maybe some ignorance towards some detailed minds out there. Ps. might be under the influence of some great french wine... ;)

Externalities and the NGX
Very well put Tero, I share your views. The most important thing is that we get an overall well designed and stable product. I own every PMDG product since the first 737 for fs9 and I have not been disapointed yet.

PMDG GENERAL
Hello, My favorite is the PMDG MD11, extremly complex modelling, good framrate and an intressting aircraft! That's my suggestion for your next purchase.

Emergencey decent procedure?
Hello, Im sorry if I used some bad wording, keep in mind that english is not my mother tounge... I simulate these ocassions with only the systems and procedures in mind, thats my flight simming, I dont take passengers and others factors into account, thats gaming IMHO. Best regardsJohan

Emergencey decent procedure?
This is interesting, thanks for the replies!I thought there wasa "rule" that you should decend to 10,000 ft or below in less than 2,5 mins, thought I read it somewhere. I need to read through the QRH for the MD11.. :) Btw, is it not fantastic that we have such advanced and high fidelity addons like the PMDG MD11 to re-create real world emergencies on?!BrJohan

Emergencey decent procedure?
Hello, Whenever there's a real life emergencey in my country, I try to re-create that event in FSX. This time, a flight from Umeå in the north of Sweden to Gothenburg in the south lost cabin presure at an altitude of aprox 33,000 ft. The crew made an succesful emergencey decent from 33,000 ft to 10,000 ft in about 2 min and 30 seconds. I have tried to re-create this in FSX with the PMDG MD-11 but have not managed to get within the 2 mins and 30 seconds limit. So my question is; what's the standard procedure when loosing cabin pressure at that altitude, how do I manage to get the aircraft to 10,000 ft or below before the passengers black out? Thanks for any advise. Best regardsJohan H
