Hi Jim,The Level-D 767-300 is just as realistic as PMDG's 737NG series aircraft. If you have enjoyed PMDG's 737 for FS9 and do not own the Level-D, its an aircraft worth looking into.

Every other aircraft we've made since.

As far as simulations that are "as real as it gets", I second the Level-D 767 and recommend all PMDG aircraft as well as the Flythemaddog 2010 and FlightsimLabs Concorde-X. The Lotus Simulations L-39 and the Vertical Reality Simulations F/A-18 are fantastic military simulations that are very close to the real thing as well.

Hello, My favorite is the PMDG MD11, extremly complex modelling, good framrate and an intressting aircraft! That's my suggestion for your next purchase.

Aeroworx B200 for FS9 - needs a ###### ton of tweaking but still the best GA Turboprop.Level-D 767 - nuff said.Beech Duke - Nicest Twin-piston. Amazing VC and great flight model. Also built-in support for Reality XP 430/530WMilviz C310 - 2nd nicest twin-piston.IFLY737 for FS9.Obviously all of PMDGs.Dodosim B206 for helos.Maddog 2010 - terrible FPS hit but very complex A/C.Pretty much it ...heard good things about the FSLab Concorde (I just hope they get that A320 in 2011).Eric

It depends also on you intrests...I personally suggest you all the PMDGs of course, the Maddog2010, that's fantastic like the Level-D 767 and the VRS F/A-18, a different aircraft from the airliners we are habit but an amazing simulation on FS.Cheers,

Just like mine :) PMDG744 (748i exterior model) is the only one aircraft I currently fly. I really love this big lady :)But I'm going to buy 737NGX because of perfect realism of simulation (systems, knobs, flight model etc.) as announced. Maybe then my favourite will be NGX :)

I would to have to guess that you are still using FS9. You really do have lots of goodies to look forward to, so much so that I would suggest you do not get the NGX when comes out. If you do get it, you will never get the buzz of amazement we got from the likes of the PMDG's 747, Simcheck A300, MadDog, MD-11 or JS41. Each one raising the standard of what we thought possible.

Well I would say amongst the equals I quite like the job FSLabs did on their Concorde-X which is very extensive, the VC is lacking a bit as there are many thing that can't be accessed directly, but in the sametime it is just so intensive in terms of gauges and switches and lights, than any recent aircrafts, that it might be very heavy if they had done so, otherwise I really like what they did, the procedure, the stability of their addon, and the nice flight model, which makes it really not that easy to fly, especially the takeoff, where everything just goes so quickly with the rush of the afterburners pushing you.I really have hope in their Airbus project, as we might finally get a decent Airbus one which is really missing from the market, Wilco's are just so poor and buggy for manything even 2D cockpit textures are wrong at nights with buttons still in the day mode after several patches, I had heard about an update that would make them better but still waiting. It would be nice to finally get nice boeing european equivalent for FS as it is still lacking for Flight Sim.

Very many thanks for the response and on the strength of advice I have invested in a Level D 767 ER. The reason I have not (yet) purchased a PMDG MD11 or 747 is because I prefer to take off and land without the space of an hour: a policy that rather rules the very large jets out. I think if I were to simulate a transAtlantic crossing, staring at a computer screen for seven and a half hours, my wife would probably have me carted off. Unfortunately one of the weaknesses of the PMDG aircraft is that you don't seem to be able to 'move them forward' during a flight. A pity.Many thanks again,Jim.

With regards to the 'moving forward'. You can increase the simulation rate while flying in FSX.
