Well. Let's leave all those poor airports :) Maybe there are some settings of plane's initial position in XYZ of course not affecting physics. I think this problem is about aircraft too because there is a big difference in offset in default 747 and PMDG 747 so that's why I think it depends on aircraft settings. Maybe I'm wrong ? Maybe I should finally go to sleep ?

Hmmm that's quite interesting. I'm having problems with black screen and sometimes errors when walking arround options in "ALT" menu. I just wrote it in FSX.cfg and I put this uiautomationcore.dll from win Vista into FSX root and I changed FSX compatibility to Vista SP2. I hope it helps. If it helps, I will write about it.

What do you mean by XML tag ? Is there any other settings for "T"s that are somewhere in FSX ? I don't want to change all "T"s in all airports using some tool manually I want to change it in some of the FSX options.

I have the same problem. When I start with 747 then it's nose is eaven inside terminal (depends on airport). Of course I always check haevy ramp/gate only for big planes. It happens in all airports with all aircrafts. Is there a way to change those offsets for all airports ?

It's located in one of the folders. Amount of stupidity of my answer is same amount as in the topic title.
