  1. I don't think the PMDG ought to be that precise, but if it is...*******!...it would just confirm once again how awesome this addon is...the best in FS history I'd dare to say. The other day I was flying from EHAM to EGGW and just before entering the runway I got a doors message master caution.- I was like: "what the heck!?" Doors were closed and pressurization was normal. I thought it was a bug. This actually happens sometimes in the real plane due to obstructed or dirty sensors and FCOM recomends to continue normally if pressurization is normal so I did and it was an great flight and the master caution disapeared after 1500Ft. Thanks PMDG for such an awesome product! Now if Geir PG achives a side by side resonance between NGX operation in the matters of N1 based on aircraft physical state and the real aircraft provided it is just a bug and the assumptions are correct, I'll just ###### my pants. Can't wait for the 777! I wish you guys made an Airbus too! Cheers,Fernando A very happy PMDG custumer
  2. scary! :shttp://www.gametrailers.com/video/live-action-debut-prey-2/711831
  3. The other Airbus fiascos, jeez! Let's not even talk about that! But it is true, Wilco seems to be the only "scratching the surface" Airbus out there (I really hate those unrealistic 6000 fpm dives and not being able to use the keyboard to steer in flight!). However, it's not an excuse for poor customer support and more than anything, charging us to fix their own mess and creating even more mess with this upgrade. I feel like a beta-tester who pays to be a beta-tester, ha!. I really hope one day Wilco or FeelThere...or anybody for cryst sake will release a descent Airbus with full systems implementation, something like Level-D has done with the 767 or something like will hopefully come out of PMDG with the 737-800NGX...speaking of which, I can't wait to play with that toy, I hope it will be all as promised, it better be or all of us in this thread will look like babies crying for more titt milk in comparison to the rage that will unfold. haha. I will still continue flying the Wilco Airbus every once in a while on Vatsim, but if the NGX turns out to be a killer, Wilco will slowly become dusty on my add-ons collection and perhaps eventually die out. One thing is for sure, I won't ever buy anything from Wilco or FeelThere again, at least until I see some reference of remarkable improvement in customer support and quality of their products. mmmh, hahaha..Let's see what PMDG delivers with the NGX and Flightsimlabs' with their A320!cheers
  4. The Airbus is a really popular aircraft and I think that's why there could be so much candor about the issue. We all wish there was a suitable add-on for the Bus out there. However in this instance, regardless of this fact, the Wilco move with this Airbus Series Evolution "product" or rather cheap paid non-working patch has been appalling not to say a complete rip-off from a product that already presented problems. I can't help but wonder:Are they going to leave it like this? Are they going to charge for a future upgrade to fix this? Is what has happened legal in the UK or anywhere else? Are they going to come out and say something about it? Do they really think we are all stupid? They could at least pull it from their website and throw it into the trash, leave the old one as it is, apologise to their customers and give a voucher for the value we spent so we can get something else that's useful, perhaps a little entertaining or that works, if they sell such a thing.Never been so let down from the purchase of a product that I, and I'm sure many of us simmers, waited for so long and so eagerly. I think these Wilco people had a bumpy ride due to the non working weather radar, crappy rudder and non-smooth lateral navigation track display; also lost their descending profile coming down at 7000ft per minute, and when they were just about to land with great effort and cross wind, they forgot they had crappy rudder and crashed at all of us in the face! ""Too low terrain, flaps, too low terrain, retard, retard, retard!"
  5. I purchased Evolution two days ago, both for the series vol1&2. What a joke! Is it possible to get my money back? C'mon guys I bought the series 1 and 2 and although it wasn't state of the art, it was manageable. I had to uninstall this useless devolution piece of crap and revert to the previous version which works a bit better. I hope they come up with a patch or something soon because this is so stupid. I can't believe that conducting business like this is legal. I'm not expecting an add-on for FS that behaves like a CAE (www.cae.com) but at least it should perform to the minimum as advertised or recommended by the developer. Who are the beta testers for this? Let's dream!!! Anybody out there who knows about this, is it difficult to build an Airbus add-on that would implement ARINC specifications? I found a website about something called Project Magenta which seems interesting (http://www.projectmagenta.com). There is also flightsimlabs who claim that they will implement ARINC 424-19 specification http://www.flightsimlabs.com although this is just for navigation database systems. I guess if they can get at least that right they might get the rest working flawlessly. So disappointing with this Wilco Airbus Series Evolution and not completely satisfied with Airbus Series 1 and 2 but if had known about its bugs I wouldn't have bought the series 1&2. But the Evolution is just garbage!!! This product is so bad! It makes me think or dream even further: I wish there a bunch of high-end software developers who can crack flight simulator SDK and write an add-on implementing as many ARINC Specs as possible, and build a kick &@($* add-on for Airbus with incredible flight physics model and realism. I would pay four times what I paid Wilco for something like that, perhaps even more, I'd pay £500 for such a toy. It's what an hour in a real airbus simulator from CAE costs. Imagine how many people would pay the 500s for this software. Some people would get rich. Is someone working on this? Will never spend a penny on Wilco or Feelthere again. They lost a valuable customer. Maybe I will make my own one day if no one comes up with it and make some money with this hobby. Cheers all and happy skies.
