Did you do all of the tweaks first and then it was slow and eventually worked? How long did it hang on "removing applications"?

Does the Prepar3D $49 Academic version have the ATC module? Or is it like FSX Standard version and you have to buy Deluxe to get ATC tower controller functionality, I.e., the $199 Prepar3D version?
