  1. BTW...if you have the "old" F1 PC12, it has an excelent A/C documentation (something that Cerenado can learn from ) that can be used here as well/
  2. Well... simple reinstall and all is fine now! Go figure! HP
  3. yes.. highmemfix=1 in my fsx.cfg. Besides, I'm running much more sofisticated a/p and never had such an issue! thanks, HP
  4. just installed the magnificiant WACO from Alabeo. Got a nice airplane but compleatly transparent. anyone ever encounter such phenomena? Thanks, HP
  5. Perhaps a dumb  question: After installing RXP GNS430W , I still dont know how do I select between the "native" COMs frequencies (of the build in radios) and the ones from the GNS430? I assume taht a real a/c with GNS430 dont have any other radios anymore! Thanks, HP
  6. Since no one answered, I had to figure it by myself :Just Kidding: silly me. It was the 2D Panel Transparency slider that was set to 100%. Just for the record if anyone else in the future will encounter such phenomena. HP
  7. No one ever experienced the same phenomena? Anyway, I have an update: when I switched to window mode pressed one of the Shift+# keys, placed the mouse on the assumed pop-up window location and then select "un docking" by right clicking, I DID get the panel! Perhaps this will give some clue to anyone. Thanks again, HP
  8. Hi all, I have just noticed (though I don’t know how long it exist) a very strange phenomena: Whenever I'm trying to active a pop-up panel (through the Shift+# keys), all I get is a momentary "flashing" of a black panel and that's it! No panel! Its not specific A/C realted. I tried to think what I've changed in FSX in the past 1-2 months that might cause this phenomena and its: 1) two A/C installations – Cerenado Grand Caravan and the new C90. Beside of that I installed and un-installed several Nvidia drivers and currently I'm working with the most updated one. I will appreciate any help/hints/leads toward a solution. FSX is working so nice for me and I really don’t want to even think of a fresh installation. Thanks, HP
  9. Eytan Shalom,I did exactly the same last week. i.e re-installing FSX on a new built rig but without any problems. You may suspect its a damaged CD! Good luck,Shay
  10. Hi Bill,Thanks for the detailed reply. I guess you are right and its just dont worth the efforts. Buying the new disc seems the right way to go and in any case, for a good cause. I do remember MAAM as a nice little cosy museum when I last visited it few years ago. (I'm from Israel).Now... what about the DC-3 disc I have for FS2004? The DC3 is my all time favorite and I do remember that I managed to re-install it after moving from FS9 to FSX. Is there any new patch/package here that may make life easy? Thanks for any help,Shay
  11. Hi all,While installing FSX on new rig, I crossed an "old" BT-B25 disc I bought for FS2002 long time ago. Now I saw in MAAM's site that there are patches for FS2002-> FS9-> FSX but it's clear to me how to perform the upgrade sequence? Where to install the original CD? where to install the patches since the FS2002/FS9/FSX folders are not alike!I really want to fly again this great a/c I so loved in FS2002. Thanks for any possible tip,Shay
