new working service - NAVTEQ
I tried this one today and it works well for Denmark![service Example 2]cache_folder=C:\\cache.service4 network_module=libnettile module_config="conn=20|rate=2.0|verbose=0|server=http://0*.tl.maptp42.map24.com|path=/lbsp/images?appkey=CJX2b227e1ef3fc2c0e596eb29921a0aX47&l=g1&v=%v&quadkey=%s|quad=0123|balance=123456789|useragent=Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)" min_level=9 max_level=17 level_mapping=11,11,11,14,14,14,15,17,17 map_version=1 color_hack=No color_level=12 bulk_extend=50

The numbering of the tiles looks more like a LOD13 dan a 6. But the picture is of a much higher LOD.http://ars.geoportal.gov.pl/ARS/getTile.aspx?service=ORTOFOTO&cs=EPSG2180&fileIDX=L1X99Y84.jpg&DateStamp=20080901 is the first picture. I think that this is a local gridsystem.

I do not understand this. In the service cache are blank tiles. When I enter the zoom level, x coordinate and y coordinate of this tiles to the service link, a visible picture shows up.

This is what should work. But I think the LOD does not match up. Your explenation looks verry good! Can Tileproxy use a link structure like this? I use the Bing and the Norwegian map service at the time. For both I use the same cache. When I fly online I have to switch service at the border. When I fly offline this is not necessary. The Danish service could also be used in Sweden and Denmark were the Bing maps have a low resolution. It also has the same maps as the Norwegian service.
