1. I totally agree to keep on being updated, Phillip. But for me, the T7 is working perfectly with SP1c and afraid to mess things up. Can you please tell me how you did the update without getting the settings messed up and with all the liveries preserved? Is it by simply uninstalling using the control panel and reinstalling with the latest installer? Apologies if this has been answered before! Thank you so much in advance! Marc
2. I normally taxi at about 15 kts, sometimes reaching 25 at high speed taxiways. But the issue is that in order to reach and maintain something around 15-18 kts, I have to push the throttles up to 29 or 30% at a relatively light weight for a B777. I can't see why the autobrake is applying brake pressure when set to RTO, and that is only initiated after applying manual braking. Thanks! Marc
3. Hi everyone, When I begin my taxi to the active RWY with a TW of about 500,000 lbs normally, pushing the throttles up to about 25% N1 gets the aircraft to roll quite easily, reaching desired taxi speed within seconds. As soon as I apply some braking action during a turn or something, the same thrust setting wouldn't move the aircraft at all anymore but find myself forced to advance power to about 29 or 30% N1 to get the plane to move. After several times I thought I'd try to set the autobrake to OFF when that happened and the aircraft taxied back normally, as if the autobrake was applying some little braking action. That only happens when I use the brakes. I also noticed that if I use differential braking, the plane wouldn't taxi straight anymore but instead drifts a little bit towards the side where brakes have been used. This is really annoying! The last couple of flights I had to taxi with autobrake set to OFF and set it to RTO just before takeoff roll. I have tried playing around with the sensitivity and null zone settings thinking that they might be the reason of that, but no luck. I can't think of anything else. Is anyone experiencing this? How do you think I can solve this issue? Many thanks in advance! Best, Marc
4. Guess what guys, after I tried a few things I found out that it's the flight test package! Much appreciated. Thanks everyone! Marc
5. Let the pictures talk. I always start my flights from the default cold and dark state, btw. I hope someone can help. Thanks!! Marc

7. Hello simmers, I am not sure if anyone is experiencing this but when I first start my taxi with a TW normally varying from about 450,000 and 480,000 lbs depending on my flight, applying thrust of around 25% N1 will get the plane rolling quite easily, but as soon as I apply some brake pressure during a turn or something, the aircraft becomes heavier and the same thrust setting wouldn't move it as it used to which requires putting more engine power reaching to about 28% or 29% N1 to be able to reach the same normal taxi speed. After a few times I had the idea of trying to change the autobrake setting from RTO to OFF while the aircraft was moving and it solved the problem! I don't get the red "brake" message at the bottom of the screen nor my brakes get hot by the time I reach the RWY holding line. What could be causing this and how do you think I could solve it? Many thanks for your help! Marc
8. Hi Chris, This is to report back that it did not work! I followed your instructions and nothing worked, actually I spent more than 3 hours researching and trying things with no luck, unfortunately! It got me thinking what if this was a PMDG thing, meaning that maybe these guys did not design it in a way to be able to see the wings if you move your VC view all the way outside the cockpit walls, also did not design it for us to see the reflection of the strobes on the ground from the cockpit's side windows. Can you please, or anyone report if you have all these things? or is it just me? The exterior look is perfect, the lights from the cockpit and from the outside are just amazing! The only issue is the strobe light effect from the VC view. I hope someone can help Many many thanks in advance! All my best, Marc
9. Hi Nick and everyone, The same thing is also happening with me with the strobe lights effect on the ground from the VC view. I'm sure I read somewhere people mentioning how nice they were but this is not happening with me and spent hours trying to figure out why and tried almost everything, thinking it might also be an EZCA issue. Can anyone actually see wings if you move all the way outside the cockpit walls? And what about strobe reflection on the ground from the VC, anyone? It is also mentioned in the product page features: "Exterior Lighting - 3D volumetric exterior lighting that lights up the FS scenery. You can even see the flash from the strobe lights when looking out the cockpit side windows. Improved over what was in the PMDG 737NGX." Please help! Thanks! Marc
10. I'll make sure of that as well. Thank you, Stephen. Marc
11. Hello Chris,

Your help is greatly appreciated! I will try that tonight hoping that it will solve the issue. I'll keep you posted.

Many thanks and have a good weekend flying this beauty!

Marc
12. Thank you for reply, Chris! In fact, this is one of the things that I did at the very beginning trying to solve this issue, but unfortunately with no luck :( Any other ideas? All my research came to a dead end! Best, Marc
13. Dear simmers, I can perfectly see the exterior model when in outside view, but switching to cockpit view, looking and moving from the inside in order to see the wings and the rest of the fuselage only shows the shadow of the aircraft on the ground and a floating cockpit! I can't even see the reflection of the strobes on the ground from the inside, unlike the NGX where everything works perfectly. Is anyone else having the same problem? How can I fix this? Thanks! Marc
