  1. You know its weird. When I was a ramp agent at YVR it was the one plane I looked forward to seeing on the turn schedule. It was nice to see it over the mundane white/green and blue. And for whatever reason everyone I asked never took much liking to Carentee. Only myself and my girlfriend lol. I have Carentee as my NGX too
  2. Definitely disappointed Westjet decided to get rid of their Carentee Livery and replace it with this one. I do agree the livery is absolutely stunning. One of my all time favorites but I do wish Westjet used another 737 instead of getting rid of Carentee.
  3. Steven, I remember checking 1.22.3 for glare shield layout and it was not labeled. Thank you for the Chapter reference. Thomas, Thank you for your response. I read up on the sensor. I feel a bit dumb for calling it a light or button haha.
  4. Good Day, There is a button/light on the Autopilot panel of the 777. Its located between LNAV button and the HDG selector. I wonder what function or purpose is it for? Dylan
  5. Hi Thomas, apologies for the late reply. After using the windowed mode and altering my screen resolution I have fixed the problem. The black scree does not appear and I have found that the sim runs a little smoother too.
  6. Good Day, I kept playing with different fsx settings. Originally running FSX in windows mode (ALT+ENTER) did not work. However, i changed the screen resolution and I turned down a couple effects. Running the sim in screen mode has seemed to work. Just thought I would give you all some closure. Thanks for your help
  7. Pushing Shift/Enter does not work. Only known changes I have made to the FSX folder is adding the UIAutomationCore document. I run NVIDIA graphics. I have not touched any NVIDIA options/settings since I started using FSX. Is it possible that my screen resolution is conflicting with FSX?
  8. Enter key does not work. What is weird is that PMDG 737ngx and 747 have started doing this ever since I installed PMDG 777. Its frustrating but I can still fly. Thanks for the feeback Ryan. Dylan L.
  9. I am running windows 7. I tried the windowed mode but that ended freezing the sim. I was getting frustrated around this time and rebooted the computer. So now, whenever i fly it, i keep re-starting the sim until it works. I have both pmdg 737ngx and pmdg 747 and they never did this at all. Maybe its a bug that 777 isnt getting along with on my computer and hopefully PMDG puts out an update that would fix it Dylan L.
  10. Hi hopskip, unfortunately the download did not work. I verified it is in the folder and ran a couple flights and the same thing happened. I will keep at her Dylan L.
  11. HAHA, its amazing how something small can catch your eye like that.
  12. I will download it and get back to you. Just a note, I dont have a crash to desktop, its just a black screen but the sim is still running. Thank you
  13. Good Day, I just bought the 777. A great machine and I am having TONS of fun flying it. However, when I fly with FS Passengers. I load the airplane from the menu, then load fs passengers. After initializing the flight, I have a black screen. The simulator is still running though. If I were to click around I can still click buttons and switches. ATC still talks to other planes and the sim seems to continue as normal, but I have a black screen. This also happens when I pre-maturely respond to ATC and push "1" which brings up the flight plan menu instead of answering ATC. The black screen comes up but the simulator keeps going as if nothing is wrong. This happens when opening "flight analysis" aswell. Any Thoughts? Dylan L.
  14. I have sat in the 737 a few times while powered up. I certainly remember the pressure panel being white on blue. And on the radio panel I do remember now seeing the standby frequencies in red while the active frequencies were white on black. I have been taken off guard here. I did not realize that the real world color was red. My eyes are definitely use to white on blue. I remember seeing screenshots and uploaders on YouTube and seeing white on blue. In conclusion, my panel was white on blue for the longest time, ever since I bought it and it never dawned on me to see red. Thank you for your feedback. It makes sense now. I will get use to the change. Dylan L
  15. Good day, I recently updated my 737. Ever since the update, the digits that appear on the radio panel and the pressurization panel are red. They still operate normally. I can pressurize the aircraft and tune VOR`s and LOC`s and talk to ATC. However, it is aesthetically displeasing. I am running Collins on the MCP so I don't think that is the problem. But the best way to describe the digits is that they look identical to Honeywell. I am having problems loading my screenshot so bare with me on the description. I have read in the changelog that an LED digit bug was fixed. I don't think this was the "fix". Thanks in advance, Dylan L. If it helps. The current version I have is 1.00.3219
