September 15, 201312 yr Good day, I recently updated my 737. Ever since the update, the digits that appear on the radio panel and the pressurization panel are red. They still operate normally. I can pressurize the aircraft and tune VOR`s and LOC`s and talk to ATC. However, it is aesthetically displeasing. I am running Collins on the MCP so I don't think that is the problem. But the best way to describe the digits is that they look identical to Honeywell. I am having problems loading my screenshot so bare with me on the description. I have read in the changelog that an LED digit bug was fixed. I don't think this was the "fix". Thanks in advance, Dylan L. If it helps. The current version I have is 1.00.3219
September 15, 201312 yr The pressurization panel should still be white on blue, but the radios were changed to a red background in one of the service packs. This matches the real world config. Why the radios were ever blue, I have no idea.. Steve Caffey
September 15, 201312 yr The pressurization panel should still be white on blue. However it was changed also. PMDG decided to choose red color here. Rostyslav S Wanna fly 737NGX with turbulence?
September 15, 201312 yr Author I have sat in the 737 a few times while powered up. I certainly remember the pressure panel being white on blue. And on the radio panel I do remember now seeing the standby frequencies in red while the active frequencies were white on black. I have been taken off guard here. I did not realize that the real world color was red. My eyes are definitely use to white on blue. I remember seeing screenshots and uploaders on YouTube and seeing white on blue. In conclusion, my panel was white on blue for the longest time, ever since I bought it and it never dawned on me to see red. Thank you for your feedback. It makes sense now. I will get use to the change. Dylan L
September 15, 201312 yr However it was changed also. PMDG decided to choose red color here. I don't understand what you're saying, the pressurization panel on the overhead is blue and white in the latest version (and I believe it always was) Steve Caffey
September 15, 201312 yr I don't understand what you're saying, the pressurization panel on the overhead is blue and white in the latest version (and I believe it always was) No, it's red since SP1c. Rostyslav S Wanna fly 737NGX with turbulence?
September 16, 201312 yr No, it's red since SP1c. I checked mine earlier and you're absolutely right. I thought that was not changed, but it was. I guess I've been out of the 737 too long.. Steve Caffey
