I'm having the exact same frustrations with the 777 updated from Aerosoft. I've been fighting a battle for close to 2 weeks now. and still the issue has not been resolved yet. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Regards WIll Pienaar

Good afternoon. I have a problem and do not know how to resolve it. Hopefully a someone can beof some assitance. I am the proud owner of 3 boxed versions of FSX PMDG (The 737 NGX, 777-200 and J41). I’m trying to obtain the latest updates from Aerosoft for the737 and 777but the downloads keeps on failing with an error "Time out..please refresh the Page..!”. This goes on until the error "Der eingegebenne Key ist NICHT korrekt!" occurs. Aerosoft then resets the accoun(s) and the whole thing starts all over again. Aerosoft keeps on putting the blame on me. I’ve tried using difrent browsers to download the updates from hoeme and from work but it always ends the same. This has now been going on from almost 2 weeks. Does any body else have a similar experience and if so were you able to resolve the download issue? Eagerly awaiting your response. Regards Will Pienaar

Thank you for all your inputs. The update fir the boxed version however returns a page "Time out..please refresh the Page..!" after the serial Key has been entered. Any idea how I get around this issue. Regards Will Pienaar

Sorry to trouble you again. I'm unable to find a definitive answer in my searches on the forum. Is it possible to apply the PMDG 777-300ER Expansion Pack to the boxed version of the PMDG 777-200LR/F or does it have to be a download version. Eagerly awaiting your response. Will

I have a question on FMC route data entry to which I cannot find an answer. My problem scenario occurred when intending to set the STAR during flight. Instead of selecting the “Departure Airport” I selected the Departure ICAO (R1 button) instead of the Arrival ICAO (R2 button) and also selected a runway. I realised my mistake when the STARs presented were not what I expected. I have been unable to back track to select the Arrival ICAO (R2 button) – it keeps on reverting to the incorrectly selected IACO and is expecting me to EXECUTE the change. I’ve also noticed that the FMC expects the change to be EXECUTED (R6 button). Doing that clears the flight plan which is not what I want. My question is how to I back track if I accidentally ended up in this scenario without losing the flight plan i.e. I would like to revert back to the state before accidentally selecting the wrong arrival ICAO and not EXECUTE the "mistake" I could imagine that I’m not the first or only virtual pilot making this mistake so it must have been raised before and probably answered as well but I could not find the answer in my searches.
