January 20, 201610 yr Has anyone had any success downloading VERSION v1.10.7025 from Aerosoft's Support Database site please? Whenever I try, the site requests my box registration key, which it at first accepts, then the download commences( using Internet Download Manager) . This download process hangs repeatedly, mid process. When I try to re start the process, the Aerosoft site won't accept my product key any more. I contact their support. Their support department re-sets the key, it works fine again, the download fails mid process again and the key is not accepted again! Then round we go again, and again.... Anyone else seeing this behavior or is it me? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

I haven't tried downloading via the browser, but currently I'm in the "key rejected" phase of the loop so can't try it until they re-set me again. I have reported it repeatedly to their support team and been in dialog by email over recent days as I have been around and around this loop. Internet Download Manger has always been the best route to download in the past. Just feeling lonely I guess in the absence of a satisfactory outcome from them and asking myself "Am I the only person with this problem? Wish I had downloaded direct from PMDG and not purchased boxed. Updating Boxed purchases is a nightmare!

Yes, IDM worked fine with Aerosoft in the past. I don't know what they did with their server. Zicheng Cai
January 21, 201610 yr I'm having the exact same frustrations with the 777 updated from Aerosoft. I've been fighting a battle for close to 2 weeks now. and still the issue has not been resolved yet. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Regards WIll Pienaar

January 21, 201610 yr Author UPDATE; I have downloaded successfully by turning off Internet Download Manager and using the Google Chrome browser. Worked fine. Suggest you give that a try Will. It's something to do with IDM starting too many consecutive downloads and that trips Aerosoft's server over its allowed consecutive downloads for a single account. First time IDM has presented this problem for me, normally it's the best way to download successfully. The 'live and learn something new every day' journey that is FSX ! Thanks everyone. Andrew
