ok Sir, deleted all SimConnect files cleaned up the register, uninstalled prepar3d, re installed prepard3d 2.5 run the Simconnect msi in your map installed fsuipc latest build, no addons. nothing. It takes 20 secondes before any input on the FSI server program to respond, and still no entry in the addon bar. cameras also do not work Spy window says connected to prepar3D only option left is a complete format c, I think I am gonna pass on that. the strange thing is that the first time I inistalled it it worked. ivo

then I am at the end of my rope here, because I don't know how to do that. uninstalling in the control panel should remove the old ones I thought.

Hi Stephen removed all SimConnect files , installed your version, start up p3D, load my default startup flight. still hangs on validating license no entry in add ons FSIserver not responding. running out of options here. ivo

But I did install your SimConnect.msi I enabled the PDK Copied the dll Adjusted the xml.exe I still get validating install , it hangs there, no demo mode. Maybe should get rid of all the SimConnect entry's and install only your version! did everything as described in the manual have no entry in the addon menu can not move any camera angle i have 3 versions of simconnect installed FSuipc registered i am stuck here ivo

Hi, installed the demo and it can not go past validating licence, then the program stops. the log file shows 2 errors invalid license and opusFSI licence missing. running prepar3D 2.5 and windows 7. yesterday tried it and it worked, I can not have a licence since it is a demo I want to by it but have to be sure it works corect. ebaw

Hi Kevinh You are right, I can not click the lights together with the middle mouse button when not deactivated. I have the Dash 8 Q 400 also and there I can left click and drag to move a single lever or right click and drag to move them both. In the pmdg 737 ngx there is a bar above the lights so pilots can move them all together to the on position with one click, I asume this is also in the real one. Pmdg then made it possible to move them all to the off possition with a right mouse click on this bar, this is not possible in the real aircraft I believe, or am I mistaken here? For me personaly there is no need to simulate 3 fingers by means of a mouse click to put the lights on or off. But others might think different, I respect that. I love to hear the click 3 times I also think that the designers of this master piece can not take in to acount how other software developers asign there keys and buttons. If they add a clickspot for it , even better, if not , 3, clicks )) Ivo

Hi, I use the middle mouse scroll wheel in EZCA with all my aircraft. When pushed in and hold I can pan arround in the VC moving the mouse. When released I can use it to control the turning of the knobs. I loose the zoom function though when scrolling with middle mouse button/scrollwheel because I leave the Z box unchecked in the config box. If you select the Z on you can still use the middle mouse button to change knobs, but you get zoom function also, not the best way to use it in my opinion. You can assign the 12 and 6 a clock position on the hatswitch as zoom function if you want Ivo

Hi, just bought it today and only flew a few take off's from ebbr and egll, standard scenery, with the default stormy weather from the weather page. Textures are rex and also gex and ultimate terrain europe. Fame rate is between 18 and 50 I have I7 oc at 4.5 and nvidea 670 gtx. Nvidea inspector external frame rate limitter off, in fsx unlimited . But In my humble opinion the name of this topic should be. " how smooth is your ride" This is far more important then how many frames you get. I have the Dash 8Q400 from Majestic, and the Pmdg 737.800 ngx , and the T7 is by far the smoothest, followed by the Dash, in fact, the 737 .800 is the worst , in so far that it is not a joy to fly on my system. At 15 fps the 777 gives me the feeling of flying, like butter , at 25 fps the 737 stutters. So thumbs up for Pmdg's triple 7, it will give me plenty of flying fun! Ivo de colfmaker

Hi, Fs2crew wants the 2D panel to load at startup , even though I have set the 2D panel option in the arcraft settings page and leave the 3 D option unchecked , the 737.800 ngx panel always loads in 3 D. I have ezdok Addon but deactivate it before loading the panel. Can someone help me out here ? Please? Ivo

For the moment there are work arounds First are you flying a helicopter? If so, leave out the 'helicopter' part of the callsign. So that 'helicopter robinson one one five one delta' becomes 'robinson one one five one delta'. If you are starting a flight without a flight plan so that you can fly locally or in the circuit, create a flight plan with the same departure and destination airport and save a flight with that flight plan loaded. On the 737 Flight crew training manual page 3.32 is written "On airplanes with FMC U10.8 and later , VNav armed on the ground with the appropiate acceleration altitude entered is the recommended technique for acceleration" "At thrust reduction altitude ,verify that climb thrust is set at the point selected on the takeoff reference page.If thrust reference does not change automatically, select climb thrust." So, when N1 does not arm after the thrust reduction altitude, I think it will arm when pushed, Also interesting is on page 3.1 "Although some 737/300/400/500 airplanes may be equipped with FMC U10.8, the FCC will not permit LNAV or VNAV to be armed for takeoff." ivo

Hi, since there is no answer I will refrase the question. Could anyone with the PMDG 737 700/800/900 NGX set the Thrust reduction height to for instance at 1500 feet in the CDU and after ARM is anunciated on the PFD push the N1 button and see if it comes on? I want to make sure that my installation isn't corrupt. the PMDG FCOM vol II on chapter 4.20.13 clearly states that N1 can be engaged by pushing the N1 knob!! ivo
