My fps dropped to 0.3 and then back to normal, so a long pause. I have had a similar issue on X-Plane 10 on ILS 25L where the localizer is broken up and you can see black and white tears across where the localizer of 25L would be on LAX, so I think it has something to do with the localizer on FSX.

I just had the same thing happen to me on Vatsim on 25L approach and had to disconnect and quit the sim.

As of now Ramzzess and his team are the top developers for X-Plane, but we shouldn't judge X-Plane on the same level as FSX because after all X-Plane is still in its adolescent years. If PMDG were to produce an aircraft for X-Plane it would be a huge morale boost to its community though.
