I dont have Prime 95/Intel burn Test 120-150 FPS? Outside I usually get around 30 FPS in the PMDG 737

Hi guys, I am new here and wanted to see if someone could help me get more performance. I am very sluggish around 6 FPS at the airports and 10 fps above highly populated areas. My rig is ok, I guess but get lousy fps. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? My settings are below I am using PMDG 737, REX4 Texture Direct, FTX Global, and Vector.
