Just climbing now in the ngx and during take off there was no master caution this time but still dual master FDs and lnav and vnav disarming, definitely no problem with take off configuration. Going to be factory reseting my laptop in a few days, so will see if clean install does the trick.

When engines reach n1 the yellow master caution light comes on, and there is the take off configuration warning horn. The only way to stop it is disengaging both like I said in the first post?

Holding next to the runway, I can set my FD to master and Co pilot FD on, I then arm auto throttle... Then I arm lnav and vnav... But when I press the n1 toga press spot, both FDs turn master and lnav and vnav go off. Then during take off roll I have to turn off both FDs, turn them both back in, followed by lnav and vnav.

yep... I know it's kind of irrelevant, but, like me other users have had a problem with the aerosoft airbus x extended right fmc, as it has been greyed out and you can't click on the menus. Others installed SimConnect and it was fixed, however, when I installed SimConnect, the problem didn't go away?

I got it from here and only have steam... I do also have SimConnect installed

I am a box customer and went on the support page to get the installer, when I tried to install it, it didn't work. As when I tried to load the plane the yoke was in a weird position, and above the standby instruments there was a black patch, and I could click any switches... Just like before the "update" please, please, please can someone help, or can I get a full refund as I only got it for steam not realising the issue at the time.

Flying home from Canada today and first priority will be to update box ngx for FSX SE!

Sooooo upset, as I have been waiting for the box update for ages, and now when it comes out I'm on holiday in Montreal, and my laptop is at home...

rsrandazzo clearly says that they will give Aerosoft executable installers, meaning Aerosoft will not need to build any installers. So either PMDG haven't passed on the installers, or Aerosoft are still trying to work out a good verification process...

How do I do this?

So can I go and get it yet? (and if so how...) or do I have to wait?

As I bought my DVD from Amazon, do I use the Aerosoft option when avaiblable, or could I contact someone at pmdg support with a screenshot of my amazon orders page, and the licence key on the sticker inside the box? Also, will you link us to where to go on the Aerosoft site from the pmdg forums?

Any estimate for the DVD customers? (realistic)

Can you guarantee it for this weekend? (DVD)

Does this mean that we might get the update at the same time as everyone else, or can we guarantee we will get it later?

I don't know if it would work but; could CD/DVD users open a pmdg support ticket, with the registration key inside the dvd box for an installer link to download? Thanks for working on it!

Any news on the CD:DVD box installer issuse? But still sounds great!!!

For people with the CD/DVD maybe we could request a free download with a support ticket and use the registration key on the sticker in the box?
