Hallo JP, the "Print" option in your browser don't work? I don't have a printer but I used a trick. Open the chart and go into fullscreen mode by clicking the screen symbol above the chart, take a screenshot and open it with a paint program of your choice, cut it out and you have the chart for saving as a file or you can print it out now. Good luck!

A new problem :( With charts of ZHNY I've build a ZHNY.txt for SID/STAR and approaches for the airport but if I type in my FMC the ICAO code for this airport, I get the error message: "ZHNY ERR: 403 FIX N/A" The funny thing at this point is, I did the same with ZSSH before, also a missing airport in PMDG data base, but ALL is working fine! Do You have any suggestions?

UPDATE: The website of Celestialteam.com is now available and works very well! So they fixed the problem and nothing is wrong with my computer! THANK YOU, Jay, for your help!

Believe it or not! I've truly found another chinese website with airport charts and it includes ZHNY! It's not complete, only 7 charts, and very old (2002) but better than nothing! Here you go: http://data.air.cc/doc/1/airport/chart/cs/ZHNY/

The browser cache is clean! Firefox does it automatically after every closing and once per day I use the CCleaner! And sending a support mail was my very first thought! As you can read in my firs post here:

Oh no, maybe thats the reason we can not access the website here in Germany. Another user in a german forum can't download it too. All is white for him too! Ist unbelievabele, to bye an airport an you cant access the publishers website!

This airport works very well! I can land on it and start at a gate and it is in the start menue of FSX available! So it has an AFCAD! It is not available in the PMDG data base and without coordinates and other data a can not insert it into the PMDG data base!

And that's the next problem. The support is not available! "Could not send message" And the website is not available too, If i click on the link all is only white :(

Hallo, I can't insert ZHNY in my PMDG data base because there are no data available and no charts to create a ZHNY.txt for SID and STAR. I contacted the publisher support for this airport but no luck,I only received a message "Could not send message" and the web- site of the publisher is not abailable too! I've bought the airport at SimMarket and the publisher is Celestial Team. Who can help me with my problem with Nanyang Jiangying Airport ZHNY, please?

Hallo, SORRY, for bringing up this old tread again! I figured out, with your thread, how to add ZSSH to my PMDG data base and i've found a good chinese site, with all needed data to build a ZSSH.txt so that I can use SID/STAR for ZSSH and all is working fine! And now my problem. I've bought ZHNY, Nanyang Jiangying Airport, too and I searched in WWW but can't find any usable data for this airport! Can anyone in this forum help me with this problem, please?
