ZHNY "Not In Data Base" PMDG

Featured Replies

Hallo,

I can't insert ZHNY in my PMDG data base because there are no data available and no

charts to create a ZHNY.txt for SID and STAR. I contacted the publisher support for this

airport but no luck,I only received a message "Could not send message" and the web-

site of the publisher is not abailable too! I've bought the airport at SimMarket and the

publisher is Celestial Team.

Who can help me with my problem with Nanyang Jiangying Airport ZHNY, please?

You're not the first one to notice that it's not in the database. If you want to look into this further as to why Jeppsen and any subsequent flight sim AIRAC database doesn't have the airport listed, look here:

That's the People's Republic of China listing for all their airports. It's translated to English also.

Hi Jay,

thanks for your response! I already used this site for ZSSH and all is working fine,

including SID/STAR but ZHNY is not available :(

I suppose if the Chinese government doesn't list the information, then there is no way to incorporate it into any navaids database. I'm sure that somebody from Celestial Team will get back to you at some point.

And that's the next problem. The support is not available! "Could not send message"

And the website is not available too, If i click on the link all is only white  :(

Well, it is not in the standard FSX list of airports, so you wouldn't have an airport any way to land at unless someone made an AFCAD for it.

This airport works very well! I can land on it and start at a gate and it is in the

start menue of FSX available! So it has an AFCAD! It is not available in the

PMDG data base and without coordinates and other data a can not insert it

into the PMDG data base!

OK, when trying to open it in ADE it wasn't found so I figured it wasn't a default FSX airport.....

I just looked at their website and it looks fine. There is a contact form. Maybe the website access is being blocked at your end.

Oh no, maybe thats the reason we can not access the website here in Germany.

Another user in a german forum can't download it too. All is white for him too!

Ist unbelievabele, to bye an airport an you cant access the publishers website!

Try a smartphone  on 4G and see if you can view the website properly. Some ISPs block specific websites and/or ranges of IP addresses that are known to be "dangerous"

I don't have a smartphone, only a very old NOKIA :(

You could try a anonymous web forwarding service though I am not sure about what or where is the best one.

I have an idea. I'll fill in the contact form and tell them to look at this thread.

A very good idea, Jay, Thank you! :Applause: Is there a possibility to download charts for ZHNY at

celestialteam.com?
